"You're all innocent!"

My early gameplay was pretty bad and I ended up going onto L-1 because I voted someone who hadn't confirmed on page 5. I survived that and the Mafia Goon was then placed onto the chopping block, he claimed cop. Since I was V/LA at that time I wasn't able to counter claim at that point in time, when I came back I found the IC had suggested that any counter claim should wait until Day 2, so I left it at that. I ended up on the lynching wagon which also contained the false claimed cop. This is something I don't plan on doing again as I should have known it would be a mislynch. Day 2 came and I counterclaimed, however I didn't have any results because I had been jailkept. Night 2 we had no kill due to a successful jailkeepering of the rolecop. Days 3 & 4 we did no lynches to make sure no-one was nokill gambiting.

Winning team was: Town of Thor665, Code_X, Cheery Dog, metsnfins, Lance, Majiffy and Disturbed_One defeating Mafia of DoubleJD & ChaoticStar.

"Square peg in a round hole."

I was seemingly read as town my everyone day 1, and the scum team decided not to kill me in case I had doctor protection (however that went on the person they did decide to kill). I had to choose between two different townie wagons on day 1, and wrongly assumed that one of them must have been on scum, which got the other lynched the next day. The mafia forgot to send in their kill during night 2, which meant the doctor was alive to claim the next day, he was our only powerrole. This got the pool of scum down to 4 people, however we managed to lynch the to townies that were in that lynchpool (Cheery Dog & CityElectric), though did hit the mafia rolecop first.

Winning team was Mafia of JasonWazza & JohnnyFarrar defeating Town of wiibox3, ewo2, Paschendale, Cheery Dog, nhammen, CityElectric and HerrRudi

"One wrong move..."

I came into this game along with JasonWazza and Leonshade as replacements for 3 "players" who had been caught being the same person. This overly confused matters with all parties and by way of these players movements gave us the first day's lynch, however this turned out to be town. We were saved from lynching the slots (mine & Leon's) with Tierce surviving the night will a innocent on one of them. Night 2 we flipped Tierce as cop, and me and the other surviving town (Xalxe) worked out the big breadcrumb Tierce had left. Sadly I was fooled into hammering Xalxe even though I had successfully caught the scum buldermar. This game ends my streak of newbie games making it to day 5, still haven't had any end at a 3p LYLO on Day 4 though. It does seem that if a newbie game I'm in makes it to LYLO scum win though.

Winning team was Mafia of buldermar & JasonWazza defeating Town of deltabacon, Xalxe, Tierce, Cheery Dog, Airick10, RedRabbit and Leonshade

"Dead men's shoes aren't always full."

This is the first game that I've replaced into that has finished (excluding the name filler of mini 1352), sadly I only ended up being in it two real life days before I was hammered. (I should probably check that a slot I'm replacing into hasn't always passed the wagon midpoint in future). While I was alive, I had indentified the scum as being within Wisdom/Absta and Thor/DDD, and after my lynch I had cleared DDD in my head, and had picked Wisdom as the more likely scum, with Edo successfully protecting DDD , night 1, I had to chat to myself in the Dead Thread, where I was calling Wisdom obvscum. DDD did a weird gambit during Day 2 which ended up with Nost getting lynched and DDD's own lynch the next day, I don't think any of us except maybe DDD knew what he was doing that day. Edo successfully protected Wisdom night 3 so the game made it to LYLO, meaning by obvscum read of Wisdom was wrong. Absta made a slip in regards to his doctor claim and was lynched straight afterwards. Sadly town wasn't able to finish off by lynching Thor the next day, with Cyber practically flaking due to other things going on in his real life. This is my 3rd (out of 3 completed) newbie games to have made it to day 5, which I think is quite unusual. Another note about this game is that as of it's finish, it is currently the 3rd longest by post count of completed newbie games.

Winning team was Mafia of absta101 & Thor665 defeating Town of Wisdom, Cybertronix, Debonair Danny DiPietro, Cheery Dog, Edosurist, NJAC and Nostredeus

"Deceive in small ways."

Finally got a scum role in my 14th game to be completed. (or 16th if you count the name filler mentioned above and best athletes). This game had a weird flow of replacements, with one of the slots flaking in the first week of the game not getting replaced until the start of day 2. (Also happened to be by the person who had replaced out of the slot we killed night 1 to make it even weirder). They then ripped apart my scum partner's posts (and I'm well aware of how scummy he was being), which practically made me have to go solo from day 2 onwards. The other SE player decided to fake claim cop and managed to get me to nightkill him after he was heavily suspected of being ThunderHog's partner by almost everyone. The day never lasted long enough after his claim to have the doctor counterclaim the second powerrole, otherwise things may have turned interesting. In future scum games (especially newbie ones) I'll have to learn that town don't actually look at all the evidence that's there, from my perspective it was quite clear I was ThunderHog's partner looking back at his posts, though it might have helped that I "analysed" them at the start of day 3 before anyone else. I also feel both town I brought into LYLO with me voted too fast, but I guess that was why I took them there :D. This game brings my newbie games up to 40% win rate, and finally gives me one that ended on Day 4.

Winning team was Mafia of Cheery Dog & ThunderHog defeating Town of Zaicon, Shrimp85, captaineddie, RedCoyote, PMysterious, JasonWazza and top12gun

"Trust the untrustable."

Managed to finally stop losing all my town games, and reluctantly I will have to admit it was helped by a trolling jailkeeper who jailed the scum committing every kill. The game pretty much started with a quickwagon on one of the scum, which made me decide he was probably town since now of the voters would tell me why his first post was so bad that it required a wagon on page ten. This along with the IC as his scum partner meant that a town was probably going to be lynched that first day. With no night kills the suspicions from day 1 remained and paranoia started amongst the main posters who had all be reading each other as town. (excluding kush who was the trolling JK who forgot his own role when he was asked to claim day 1). This game also happened to have some posting records of it's own, being which it has my highest post count of any game I've so far been in, even if it was only just getting a second page of my ISO, the second longest day 1 in a newbie game, and the third longest newbie game (defeating 1290 mentioned as that rank earlier this page) currently having been played.

Winning team was Town of Cheery Dog, Cub Daigoro, kushm4sta, Revenus, theslimer3 and Xyria defeating jmo16mla (turned neutral survivor), Mafia of Thor665 & Jackmm1301

"Die early to be forgotten."

One scum was successfully indentified during the early stages of day 1, and I had large suspicions on the second, causing him to decide to kill me during the night. Day 2 ended up bad due to mcqueen deciding to quickhammer a second time, this time taking out the cop. Mcqueen was stopped from continuing to do damage by lynching day 3, but the "third member of the scumteam" had done enough to allow Antagon to take charge of buldermar's final reads and give mafia a win. and it was painful to watch the game be lost in that fashion, if only NicCage had looked at other killed people's (aka mine) reads to establish the discrediting of the "case", as well as just pointing out how stupid it was in the first place, but seeing as the confirmed town (via cross votes of the other two) took no notice of what was actually happening in the game, scum picked their final lylo well - even if all he do was kill for the experienced players each night.

Winning team was: Mafia of Antagon & Kid A defeating Town of Cheery Dog, Nachomamma8, buldermar, anorway, NicCage, Cubesnail and mcqueen

"Paranoia can extend a fast game pointlessly."

Game started off with Bacde deciding a policy lynch of Nacho was a good idea and day 1 ended with FBN coming in and quick lynching Bacde after all the town sided newbies turned on him and put him to L-1, though to be fair to them I was also in favour of Bacde lynch if he continued trying to get the IC lynched. Day 2 meant that I was now the most experienced player left and I ended up leading that lynch onto another town member, but what we were really trying to do was get more input from Catlord, my accusations of Core/CL team made the second scum hammer as that was too much suspicion for his liking. (Or at least that's what I believe happened). Day 3 FBN decided to fakeclaim cop after it turned out the game only had 1 powerrole and the fashion in which he did it made my paranoia go nuts over the possibility he was doing it to bus his partner. (so in two day phases I managed to name both scum as partnered with another town) Luckily this time I ended up voting the scum in there. My paranoia carried over into the following day, though my suspicion of Core had raised again by the fact I had lived through the night over the "cop guilty" and the DBK who had already got the scumteam and wasn't suffering from extreme paranoia. When Core vanished after answering a few questions logic finally broke through paranoia's lock of my brain and I put the game to bed with a town win.

Winning team was: Town of Cheery Dog, Shisou, Does Bo Know, dexter9264, Catlord, Nachomamma8 and Bacde defeating Mafia of Core_H86 & fuzzybutternutt

"Risks risked, gains gained"

I replaced in here, not wanting to go through the SE queue again but feeling like playing another newbie, into a position where my slot was the likely lynch. As noone had any real reasons to want Maestro lynched (at least as far as I could see), that wagon spread out onto other people and I ended up getting into a large argument with JasonWazza when I stated the major wagons at that time were my highest townreads and I'd actually rather see a deadline forced no lynch rather than join their respective wagons. Jason was ahead in this part and I was saved my the cop (who also happened to me one of the townreads) claiming, in the end we lynched Nobody Special and stuff happened. Day 3 had a scum give up and end up modkilled, which rather spoiled the game, making Jason have to replace out, meaning by the logic of past experience with him/I, he was actually town, but I was still deadset on lynching his slot which ended up happening, it flipped town, however with Dyabolic's death, the game was aautowin for town anyway, with his partner killing the cop and the remaining townies lynching him. I guess I should mention there's a jailkeeper involved in all this who protected twice. (Jason is added in brackets next to his slot due to having to be replaced for reasons beyond his control)

Winning team was: Town of Birdland, Nobody Special, Nachomamma8 (JasonWazza), Slapsticks, RadiantCowbells, 5-HT and Cheery Dog defeating Mafia of 200footdrop & Diabolik (turned neutral survivor)

"Meta just isn't better."

As my first game as an IC, I guess I know the details, but my play wasn't up to stracth of what I wanted to be able to do. I think I do need to stay out of games with ArcAngel though, she is just too much effort to read when my meta skills aren't up to scratch (they're almost as bad as hers), she got the win through some timed lurking and misrepped bussing which just confused the heck out ofme, and presumably everyone else. I guess we learn that confusion is the most useful scum techique and I might have to invent my own policy lynch, well except that it isn't always the case, damn cheap strategies that will generally work out better than the whole hog.

Winning team was: Mafia of euclid & ArcAngel9, defeating Town of orozorro, Voodoo Lady, Glass, JuanJuan, Dyslexicon, Hooloovoo and Cheery Dog

"Battle of ignorance?"

I decided to replace in to see what the new newbie setup was like, it's about the same, with JasonWazza always being the opposite alignment to me (which means I was really the mafia day vig in micro 193, even if I discarded it for a town role). My play lacked any real content and I'd like to blame mod inactivity for the most part as there was very little to interact with with a lot of players disappearing for large periods of time, and due to the lack of insight, and others lack of content, this game was paved for a scum win from the start. Day 2 then had the same problems and I was lynched because there was nothing in the "Case" against me for me to actually respond to, all statements, and while I understand how that helps make a point, there's no real opportunity for defence to get in there with the onrush of information stating how that is obviously the case and not giving ways to check that information. I guess it was a clash of playstyle, but it just helped scum along for their win. Well hopefully someone decides to read all 47 (at the time of this one going up) and actually works something out. It's why I'll generally ask seemingly worthless questions perhaps without follow up to people which makes people hard to read me in other games. It annoys me that nobody found out after my death from Jason what he was in fact sheeping though - even though I think Lynx would have pulled off the win in any case.

"If it feels right, then it probably is"

Game started out quickly with a L-1 wagon on Seilkops on page 2, which then was wiped out a couple of pages later. I felt that some of the days were dragging on without much activity, this was multiplied by the fact we deadline no lynched on day 2. However since we then followed that up by a double lynch of scum, the game turned out fine. The night 3 (and only kill the mafia got due to not being able to kill nights 1 & 2) was however very odd, I think it did save greygnarl some time for being wagoned, but there was a chance ProsecutorGodot would have been voted up again still because of the Day 2 no lynch.

Winning team was Town: of andrew94, Cheery Dog, Cogito Ergo Sum, Hiraki, Mr.K, seilkops, Voidedmafia, funkybike1 and ProsecutorGodot defeating Mafia of TeChNoWC & greygnarl.

"Luck can outstrip some logic"

Scum team seemed to all have been mostly caught day 1, although we dropped the wagon on Disturbed for Nekoko's while I didn't actually have a read of guille, he was one of my suspects back then. However day 1 ended with Klick gambiting about MoI being scum, which was wrong, as she became our first confirmed town after she openly claimed and there was no counterclaim. My reads went all over the place come day 2 and my list given as who I thought the scum were only included Nekoko. Who we ended up lynching that day, I then successfully blocked Disturbed, for the wrong reasons (though I think I might have gone back to my day 1 stance on him in my gut when I decided to put him there. Guille the 3rd scum, fakeclaimed JK and outed his partner as being blocked, which I thought to take meant disturbed had been the kill target. Turns out I had saved my own life by blocking him as the scumteam had rolecopped me the previous night and were aiming for me. The vig then decided to kill me the next night anyway because we had an instawin scenario and it didn't matter which of the jailkeeper claims he shot. This would therefore be the first time I have been nightkilled, although I died by my own team, I had saved my own life with my ability the night before.

"Masons are not scum."

A very successful game for town, with myself being the only town that died, lynched at the end of day 1, although the third death after two mafia goons has wrongly shot TheReverend thinking he was a mason. Besides the fact I was attacking the masons instead of the mafia, I think I had I not been V/LA may have been able to help town and not be the only town death, though I think most of the problem was that I didn't really take into consideration the mafia flips who had missed with their shots after we threaten to lynch them, after I was lynched I was correctly able to identify the masons though, so I had been scum, chances were town wouldn't have had such an easy win.

Winning team was: Town of TheReverend, DoubleJD, Malakittens, Venrob, greygnarl, JohnnyFarrar, havingfitz, Bitmap and Cheery Dog defeating Mafia of McStab, Venmar, Melmond & Hyperion

"Read listing resistance should be fought with even more fizz"

First lynch of day one happened quickly , followed by a drawn out second lynch stage where we had the larger scum player underfire, but he got away when he had replacements and suchlike enter, and we ended up deadline lynching one of my bigger townreads (and my thoughts are now with this setup that we should have gone for a no lynch instead, and gotten it back as a second lynch on Day 3). Mollie outed herself coming into day two, and town had paired her up with Empking, and for some other reason me as well. Empking was quicklynched based on Mollie selfhammering with him on L-1 as well. The other town player stupidly trusted his instincts in LYLO and voted me off the bat, allowing Rob to have me quicklynched. I think part of the scum escaping from day 1 lynch 2 was that I was attacking him for reasons I didn't really believe (and since they were actually wrong, if he was town he probably would have defended the same way, though probably also have actually placed a vote on me, which I didn't think about while doing it). I'm also annoyed at myself for being there before HD voted me in the LYLO, but I thought it might have been safe to wait until I got to a computer - I was well wrong since all three players were active at the time day started.

"Fools are fools even if they stop fooling."

It's nice to know people that are on your uniformed majority (town's side), but it doesn't work when you're forced to claim as such and the informed minority can pick up on that. The mason claims and not claims this game (including my own) were poorly done, even if scum had worked it out from the first day's "I'm sick of this game claim" from Panzer. I ended up doing as such due to people not liking my attack of AA9, even if I wasn't ignoring the flaws I knew were there. My day 3 hammer was also poorly thought though, and if I'm any judge the whole town was fairly sick of the game, that we couldn't even get around to voting obvscum Jacob. Didn't help that venrob had done a "Hi, I'm scum" and then replaced out allowing the new person to quickly play better and become a big town read of everybody. (in much the same way as Newbie 1276). What's worse is that I realised he was doing that, and still let the replacement be read as town.

"Replace, indemnify and destroy."

I came into this game as a deal with N when I replaced him into my game, and just went with what was happening in regards to claims and such like. There was basically two wagons happening with a few odd votes thrown out at the time, I think I talked someone into voting Mitillos without doing so myself, and he ended up on L-1, after further conversations I decided he was town and had one of the scum heavily pushing for that lynch slip up in maybe not believing my reasoning, I then voted him to L-1 and somehow that lynh happened. The next day I was still convnced of Mit being town due to that reasoning of why I voted kmd the previous day, and we ended up following ProHawk's lead into lynching the next scum. The final scum flaked around here and after the night I ended up joining the Mit wagon (which game him the third day of being on L-1), but after a massclaim we discvered town had a guarateed win due to 3 night 5 doctors, a night 5 cop (me) and a confirmed town from a previous cop. I remebered why I had Mit as a town read from the previous days, that logic was still very valid and helped with the final scum lynch. This also marks the first time I haven't got to use my night powers. (though micro 44 where the person I investigated died that night possibly beats it, but I still got a result there, we never got to the night I could use it here)

Winning team was: Town of Mitillos, ProHawk, CF Riot, Human Destroyer, Bacde, Cheery Dog, Wisdom, BeautyAndTheBeast, chkflip and RachMarie defeating Mafia of kmd4390, zabriel & Nachomamma8

"Bus and Run!"

As my third scum game, I'm pretty bamboozled as to how I'm capable of surviving as scum, this was another poor game from my PoV, with pretty much just getting under people's radars and accidentally making the right connections that end up getting me to a LYLO situation where I can choose to bus, enabling town that don't know my scum meta (with less than 1 in 10 games as mafia) to draw those connections even more and place the wrong vote down. But then my scumgame is all about taking risks, which maybe I should work on. Day 2 ended with me stupidly deciding that my V/LA godfather was an okay lynch heading with deadline, didn't help with the masses of power claims that came out from near lynches and then I almost let too many conftown run about day 3, but corrected that error when I realised even though it was my partner who had claimed cop, there was still ways of confirming town due to the setup, we were then let off with SafetyDance playing a gambit and getting the mostly conftown lynched overnight (real time in my timezone), and the town's 1-shot vig not realised even though he lied, Safety was in fact conftown, with enabled scum to off the town roleblocker during the night stopping any conftowns from being produces via night actions, which left the vig as now confirmed not mafia, he was left alive as his biggest scumread was way out, and therefore much more likely to give us the town on town vote we needed to grab the win, even if I did stuff up the winning hammer when I noticed two town votes on the wagon and when into panic overdrive in actually getting the name down after I forgot it the first time and had announced I was giving the game ending vote, though I still ended up spelling his name wrong, neither of the twons who had voted came on during hat minute of fate.

"Popcorn gets boring when cold."

This game had one person in charge of the who died unless they shot another town, and it kept stalling when they weren't shotting, either a day went really fast (days 2, 3, 4 and 7) or really slowly due to the shooter taking his time (1, 5 and 6). We ended up getting the gun after RedPanda successfully shot down two of the scum team, whereupon we slowed the game down with arguing about the shot in the hydra, well actually we mostly did it in thread because turning around is too much effort and we ended up with a page of just Cherry Nog posts. We managed one correct kill before giving the gun to CBD who killed the last scum, even though we wasted time by not going for the autowin with one practically confirmed town in RachMarie (who had replaced HadMatter).

"Hungry Hungry Hippos"

Although my scumreads were completely wrong (besides the one I removed after confusion caused by another player made me tunnel on them instead), I'm still happy with the town reads I gave out in this game. They didn't really help when town went along and lynched the obvious two mislynches in the first two days, meaning we'd practically already lost. (Didn't help that the SK had picked me off night 1) Day's two lynch of the roleblocker was so annoying to watch (it may that I knew I had been roleblocked of course), but it was so stupid still. Even if he didn't read all of his role pm, it's was still bloody obvious. Remembering that point is just frustrating me all over again. Though I guess there is the fact I was just going to vig him regards of my townread of his slot because I was fairly sure his posting style would get him lynched, I know it annoys me outside games. Anyway this game featured another good player wins by replacing bad, but at least this time it was a SK, and not someone I'd been heavily suspecting beforehand as Declan did have some slight noob town vibes to give off.

"Lynch and Hope."

Town started off this game is good form after getting a major wagon on a townie to disband, and getting one of the fire mafia lynched at deadline with the other other some heat already, then it went downhill when the next wagon disbanding happened actually move people off the ice mafia and was followed my two town lynches, even if the doctor pulled some magic off in saving once. With 4 players left featuring two townies and 1 from each mafia, town went into no lynch and hope mode, and the hope paid off, with a mafia missing a deadline (which would have only caused T-Bone to survive) and then the mafias crosskilled and it ended up being a town win. Which means even though town was strong at the start (even though my reads were all mostly wrong), we had to rely on the mafia teams killing each other, still a win is a win.

"VInner ruins it all."

I attempted to replace into this game just before they lynched day 1, but didn't get into it until the start of the night. Lucky I drew werewolf so I could talk to someone while reading bits of the thread. (had it been mafia I'd have been on my own - those mason would have been an okay alternative.) Day 2 came around and town decided to quicklynch a mason, and I just managed to get a post in during twilight before having to plot the next kill with Bacde. We went with his thoughts from earlier about a possible mason pair (with one being correct night 1), we offed the last mafia instead and then went on to win by helping get a VI lynched day 3.

Micro 17

"Delayed does not relate to speed."

Had a wagon build up on the mafia goon on the fifth page where upon the whole game seemed to be willing to hammer him. The game was slow and rather boring after that, and discussion about who was going to end up hammering him and the probability of someone the whole game wants to lynch alignment. I feel as if the game never got off the ground, though I'm happy to take the win.

"Bad logic when phrased well is still bad logic."

My first loss, but that was probably expected being a 7 player game with only 1 mislynch town could have, I also was following one of the scum members believing them to be town so it probably wouldn't have managed to get to being a win anyway. There was also bad play by the watcher who on night 2 decided to watch the scum who had been jailkept on night 1 instead of jailkeeper, but I'm not sure how I would have gone either in that role, and I do believe the no lynch we did within a page on day 2 was bad.

"A fake action does not mean the player doesn't have the power of that action."

First experience of multiball, well kind of, it was really two serial killers plus 1 and a half vigs. Which is the fun of [Great Idea Mafia|a random setup] like this. We ended up deadline no-lynching on day 1 with none of us really knowing what was going on. Half way during day 2 I end up being dayvigged after I called a fight between Demon Core and Deltawave possibly scum on scum. The end setup was, Doctor, Compulsive CPR Doctor, Rolecop, Seer, Mafia Godfather, 1-shot day vig, Seer, Retired Werewolf Hunter and Werewolf Mason. We had assumed there was no werewolf team because of only 2 night kills night 1, which turns out was silly speculation since there was a werewolf.

Micro 47

"Paranoia should only be taken in small doses."

Perfect win here, with me hammering both scum with practically no content from either. I did quite a bit of paranoia here and could have ended the game a page earlier if I had just joined the other two town in voting the scum when those wagons formed. Winning team was: Town of Seanald, Medhi2277 and Cheery Dog defeating Mafia of Natural_river & Robert Montana.

Micro 66

"Antitown theories are protown in certain circumstances"

First two days we ended up lynching the lurkers and I'm not even sure why people were going so hard after PM, he always bloody lurks, plus the fact I had correctly read him as a PR from his first post made me fricken annoyed by his inactivity and subsequent deadline lynch. I had Mala somehow but I couldn't actually fine the why when I went searching and Thor did a normal Thor and bambozzled the fuck out of me, and me dying night 2 instead of him managed to get the other town members to lynch him day 3. The ongoing fight between Violet and Tracey that existed since Violet first replaced into the game ended up losing us the game with them ending up cross voting.

"If it looks breakable, break it."

Game ended up being broken day 3 after the mod admitted that no VT would have received the "Not a VT" message, while it was still possible for scum to have got the win day 2, they choose the person' being replaced's role instead of the day 1 lynchee and were counter claimed. For some reason town decided I was the scummier of the two "Not a VT" claims and lynched me day 3, leaving the remaining scum as the day 4 lynch, even though I had the more likely to have been saved action claim. This game was another poor level of posting from what I want in a micro, I may have to stop playing them as I would rather posts more frequent from all players, and half of them just stall.

"Luck holds good fortune."

With a town full of super saints we went the obvious with going a back-up lynch, even if Lincolm was extremely paranoia that he was made useless in regards to it. Although tat technique wasn't entirely followed, including me attempting to use a plurality lynch to town's advantage, which only ended up working due to the mod being extremely strict on deadlines. This game was another example of me failing to push logic late in a game, which provided a read was right (which it was), ensued the town win. I'm making a mental note that as town I need to give my opinion on other people's out there ideas, I only got feedback from the scum I was attempting to lynch with that one and it put me off my paces. I also don't think it helped having the town lynched day 2 call me obvtown but not worth listening to - I think town may have actually done that advice, and it doesn't make my play for the rest of the game enjoyable when that idea has been tossed out, it did make want to not bother with the game and had me actually make stupid comments. (possibly seeing which people were listening to me - which turned out to be one of the scum.) This was also my first game that never had any replacements.

"Accident and Inactivity causes havoc."

Game was just bleh and abosultey nothing from the first page. (which was a lynch on someone that never posted). I know I put him on L-1, but the fact someone hammered on accident doesn't make it any different, and it practically gifted the game to the scumteam. Noone had any reason for why they lynched me (which ended up being done with deadline), though basically noone had no nothing due to day 1 being so short. I come away from this game as the only person to actually have voted scum, but that means nothing when logic is not made. Doesn't help the only people I managed to get town reads on were the quickhammerer and a newbie. I probably should have protested more about me not trying to have reasons for desperdo and actually found him town, but I thought that was bloody obvious in the first place.

"The great idea of not thinking."

I think I was actually part of the reason for us not lynching one of the mafia/werewolf day 1, but considering I possibly would have been culted according to Guyett in the spoilt dead thread, it probably wouldn't have really helped my win condition anyway even if it was changing due to me getting killed night 1. But in any case my majr scum reads both ended up being town (and they should both actualy start playing the game more), and the game went to pieces. Though town didn't really have much of a chance anyway with a possibility of town being completely wiped out night 1. (to possibly come back?) Maybe I should have just gone logical and chosen the dayvig, but we would have had to redraw again.

"Reaction tests are not 5 page newspaper spreads"

I started this game by calling out basketballstar24 as a minor scum read based solely on his random vote reasoning, the discussion about why I had this read continued on for about 5 pages, which placed me up to L-1. I then played it off for what it was as a extended reaction test, though I only ended up getting one scum with it (which was the one I started it off with), but I had identified correctly a majority of the town - though one scum got through on that side (the other was null). Probably not the best start to a game I had, but it did lower the chances I had of ever being killed, and the crap riddle I gave about my role pretty much made it so I wasn't lynched.

"Others being weird does not always mean they should be lynched."

At the end of day 2, town had lost 4 vanilla townies (including myself), and based on that it became MYLO day 3, there was a chance scum would have been able to win the game, except town managed to gain a heap of almost confirmed townies (neighoubrs that agreed each other were town, a cop with an innocent, and a known vig. My day 1 play ended up being pretty crap, I latched onto something I saw possible scum motivation behind from the vig and never let go even after he ended up claiming and my reasons for the idea were proved bad, he rightfully shot me night 1 and got me out of the way. Once one scum member was lynched (after being announced as a guilty by the cop, I found it pretty obvious who his buddies were by looking at their interactions, though I believe I was spoiled slightly by the mod in the Dead Thread when he told us what was happening during night 2.

Scum was pretty much caught by the time I replaced into this game, with one having claimed Bodyguard, another about to be hammered and the third hiding away from the pressure. I never got to actually interact with Shamrock since he had flaked from before I replaced in and the hammer was due before the replacement, though I don't think I really interacted with the other scum that much either. The bodyguard claim was lynched after a counterclaim from the doctor and the final scum was vigged during the night, finishing this game before day 3. We can then note that the doctor's night 1 save meant that there were more scum deaths than town deaths. I'm not sure what would have happened if we hadn't had a vig (and scum had actually killed Disturbed night 1 like I originally thought must have happened.

"Vanilla Townies the first to go."

The first five people killed in the game were VTS (which were all of them except one that survived to endgame), which gave town the advantage of still having all their power roles alive when the mass claim happened - even with the disadvantage of all scum still being alive. Though they weren't helped with the SK using his second day shot on a scum and then lynching the bulletproof mafia. Scum missed the chance of hammering a mislynch the next day to put themselves into 1v1v1 against the SK, and town took advantage of this by moving into getting the SK lynched, followed by the last scum the final day. I was apparently killed to try and frame one of the other town members who I had been attacking with weak cases, but considering noone was actually trusting me before or after, it was a mistake by the scum which probably also helped town get the win, as the reasons provided for why Rev had "killed" me weren't that well thought through as posted, and that scum slot itself was actually one I was slightly suspicious of beforehand, not that it mattered as town just forgot about me as a nightkill that was there for confusion.

In a battle of day 1, I ended up flash lynched near deadline, including a few extra votes after the official hammer, so my thoughts later had to go in the dead thread (lynching me first does give a bonus of having someone warm up the dead thread, I'm not sure if that's good or bad yet). They then lynched the town who had been lined up for day 1 lynch before the flash wagon on me went through. Night ended with the vig successfully killing scum, only to hammer scummily the next day and then get lynched on suspicion of being an SK - which wouldn't make any sort of balance sense, considering everyone else in the town were vanilla townies. I had assumed we'd lost at the point, but town was able to pull off the win, allowing me to still claim a prefect winrate in mini normals**.

Town got this game under control via power roles and breaking the setup, otherwise it was likely we may have lost somewhere with besides the balance aspect, the doctor (me) and tracker (Jake) and others were attacking each other before the massclaim. Even though we managed to get rid of 2 scum days 2 & 3, we still ended up having the game go to day 7. The claims practically changed everything as we saved Jake from being night killed twice. "Cruise to scum claim."

Another scum game down, another successful survival. There were many points where I thought it wouldn't have been likely to happen, but the pieces all managed to stay in place, no matter what I was doing that possibly could have upset the puzzle. This game had me take risks like have a pointless argument with a townie (who ended up being an innocent child), a probably common tactic of allowing the innocent child to survive due to other threats and them being on mostly the wrong track, and I went even as far as to claim scum in a last ditch attempt, that paid off with the lynch of the serial killer happening for the scum win. I don't think I'll be attempting the scum claim and all other information any time good again, it was way to big a gambit, and probably did lower the chances of scum pulling out said win if I'd still got lynched.

We had a quick lynch day 1, along with a mass name claim continuing along the next few days as it never got completed due to the quick lynch. We also had a vanilla townie fakeclaim watcher day 2 after a slight bit of panic after everyone that was currently posting seemed to turn on him. This made me out myself the following day thinking I was going to get scum lynched after they didn't see me visit the person they said they were watching. I was then roleblocked on each of the following nights by a roleblocker who could perform 3 actions in the same night. (they had been given an invention), so even though only one of my protects was on the nightkill target, I wouldn't have been able to get any successfully done because I was constantly roleblocked every night except the first two nights where I choose wrongly and the second where the mafia decided to do a surprise kill. Both other players that were alive in LYLO siteflaked, and I really didn't care about it after that. "Differing mechanics have nice dark corners."

I replaced in near the end of day 1 with one of my buddies already having slipped heavily with his powers and scumclaimed, to with I joined my other buddy in bussing the stuffing out of him (which both mhork and my predecessor had already done some of in the early game), though the game's chance and community chest mechanics meant I lost my vote (as had one of the townies). Deed actions during the nights then proceeded to confuse everyone with having what I will describe as "split roles", where both sides had to agree on a target for them to work. Both halves of the vig fell during night 1, and were later both taken by Jal who having both could actually use the power. However since we didn't know this was happening, a claimed cop was not witnessed to visit the people he investigated and ended up being the winning lynch for scum, which was probably helped by me deciding to go heavy distancing again during LYLO where said cop had received a guilty on my remaining partner.

Day 1 lynch on scum was too easy and obvious, leaving the whole game to be apathetic as we failed to find the rest of scum that easily. "Choose the smart thing."

This game has a lot of posting, along with a great many other things. Both sides had a full doctor, otherwise they just had 1-shot powers and a JOAT or two each. There was also a few millers in this game, which set me off on setup speculation on day 4. We had an awesome start with the first two deaths both being mafia. (one via a vig shot, and the mafia kill had hit a bulletproof). It didn't continue when we lynched the miller day 2, and lost the vig that had been given a cop clear (though they were only 1-shot, so technically a VT) during the night. night 3 we lynched another mafia member after AngryPidgeon fake claimed a guilty on roflcopter, and then proceeded to take it back, and had I not chosen to investigate him, Angry would probably have been the lynch. The second vig wasn't able to hit the last mafia (though they did take out the only vanilla townie to die all game), and I ended up being the lynch of Day 4 after DrippingGoofball replaced in. The final scum was caught via the BloodCovenent wagon analysis. (which happened to be something I'd brought up just not done much with while I was alive, as such it did piss me off)

I replaced into this game to save a slot from being modkilled, and I then didn't really do much until my lynch two phases later. (and then I proceeded to do even less as expected of a dead person, especially when I wasn't given a dead thread, though that offer cropped up later, but I decided I wouldn't bother) Perhaps it would have helped if I'd read the 100 pages present when I replaced in, but throughtout the whole game I had no idea what was going on. "The lost are still lost!"

This was the second game I joined, and it's a pity it's never going to end, even though how things stood when it was abandoned, I feel that the most likely scenario was going to be a town loss since we had mislynched during the first three days and if I'm any judge scum probably would have been able to get my lynch happening the next day. The setup idea was good though, with everyone having three different roles the were set to change each new day phase. I feel I put mine in the wrong order, but maybe it's just because I didn't jailkeep the correct person during night 2. (although they would have been protected by the doctor who we quicklynched the next day).

"Is there a secondary reason for that?"

I now have one of each size/type of game run to completion, though this one was technically ended early after the mod decided they didn't want to have to worry about replacing the losing scum member. The game setup was interesting with a lot of misinformation about werewolves, although we did figure out that it was a mod prank since we had 3 seers and they investigated the entire town. It did produce a lot of confusion about the game state, and day 2 ended up going nowhere. A (real) cop with a guilty produced the day 3 lynch, and then we were fooled into thinking there was a second cop during days 4 & 5, and getting the last member of the mafia on day 6 (though there was a theory placed in our minds by the cop caught scum on their death bed about it being a 4 man scum team), except that we didn't really since one of the town had decided that because me and the other town member had brought up framer discussions that one of us was a framer, and the 4th town member had flaked out along with the last scum and the mod called it there.

"Large games still require scum hunting"

Compared to the length of this game, this summary is going to be very short. All the scum teams ended up shooting themselves in their feet and town took advantage of this and won easily, even though we lynched three of the stronger powerroles, and another two were attempted/were vigged. One of the smaller scum teams had a member be caught hard and fast that he ended up ragequit-replacing out, and the poor replacement still ended up lynched day 1, with his partner getting cross killed by the larger scum team during night 1, which meant that all that team managed to do was save the doctor from being vigged via redirection and take out who was probably the best player at that stage from the other scum team. By reads during the game were fairly crap, and I produced a huge wall of nulls (though when I delved slightly deeper into it, I did have 5:7 scum:town ratio on it, only wronly removing 1 scum from the first posting of it (with the two that crosskilled each other night one also excluded from my first post of trying to get my reads organised). Though my second strongest suspicion ended up wrong with Nacho, I'm still happy with that when if I look into my order now, 3 of the top five were scum (and one from each scum team). I was killed by the SK who believed I was a good "vig" shot since I was the counterwagon to flipped town, which when that was claimed in thread I was kind of annoyed since I was also a counterwagon to the flipped scum day 1 (though I was probably a better vig target than the doc and the cop the actual vig targetted). I probably would have still be suspicious to certain players (eg Nacho and bulder) had I not died then, but would have gone in for the Medhi lynch there after he claimed SK by announcing he was also bulletproof in reponse to the bullet proof townie's massclaim claim. The back-up SK then went weirdly onto the attack of Medhi after a attempted "this is now your fakeclaim" action, and as Mehdi was the only reason Maenara had actually lived past day 2, it was weird that she was outing her unknown (although figured out by then) partner. Day three also ended but being the longest day in a game that wasn't day 1, giving this game two records onto the wiki records page - it probably also has most posts by a player as well with Vifam getting nearly 900 posts in before the game finished. (game would have been a lot shorter that the vig kill not been redirected away from him night 1) The larger scum team managed to make it until night 5, with the scummiest (from his predecessor) player on that team making it the furtherest. The SK and the back-up SK were lynched days 6 & 7 respectfully to give town the win with 12 players still alive, which is over half what we started with.

This gamew should remind me that I still suck at replacing into games with ~100 pages, (though it may be general crapness with large themes), I don't think I'll go and do that again, either that or I do actually need to read them, one or two of those problems. Day 1 practically set up this win for scum, with 4 of town's power roles getting into a massive argument and distracting from everything else. Though even though we only lynched one of those day 3, which was helped by a gambit from scum Oversoul, and one was vigged, the other two remained alive (though Kurbio decided to replace out and Lurker taking over the slot lived up to his name, well except that it became Flaker :p. The game then suffered from large game apathy and lack of replacements even with some scum becoming obvious (though due to being dead, I couldn't help with that - though I still had some incorrect reads, needless to say, Oversoul's gambit really should have been busted before this game ended by players still alive.)
