Sliding Scale Mafia

Sliding Scale Mafia is a 13-player semi-open setup where everyone may choose to "slide up" the power level of the setup or not.
Setup

- 10 Townies
Mechanics
During the setup phase, Townies and Mafia receive PMs of their alignment and must confirm with the choice of whether to slide up or not. The Mafia may privately communicate during the setup phase. The main thread won't be open during the setup phase.
After the setup phase, roles are randomized between the Townies and Mafia and then sent out. Then Day 1 starts as normal.
Three or less slide ups indicate low power level. All Mafiosi are Goons. 1 Townie is a Tracker, a different Townie is an Informed Townie, the rest are VTs.
4-6 slide ups indicate medium power level. One Mafioso is a Role Cop, the other two are Goons. 1 Townie is a Tracker, a different Townie is a Jailkeeper, yet another different Townie is an Informed Townie, the rest are VTs.
7-9 slide ups indicate high power level. The Mafia roles are Role Cop, Roleblocker, and Goon. The Town roles are Tracker, Jailkeeper, Neighborizer, and Informed Townie. The other townies are VTs.
At least 10 slide ups indicate special power level. One Mafioso is a Roleblocker, the other two are Goons. 1 Townie is a Tracker, a different Townie is a Neighborizer, yet another different Townie is an Informed Townie, the rest are VTs.
The Informed Townie is informed with the power level that has been chosen (e.g. "You know that the chosen power level is special"). The Informed Townie does not flip with the chosen power level.
Mafia have multitasking and a factional nightkill, and may privately communicate at any time.
The Neighborhood has daytalk.
Mafia Roleblocker takes precedence over Town Jailkeeper.
