Ninja Mafia is a Variable Open Setup with Day Start designed by StrangerCoug.
Ninja Mafia
- Generate an ordinary C9 setup.
- Generate one of the following modified C9 setups:
- Combine both setups into one 18-player setup. All of the Mafia form a single Faction.
Standard Role PMs
Mafia Goon
You are a Mafia Goon. According to Hollywood, you are quite large, square-shaped, dumb, and talk in a funny accent. Please feel free to any or all of these things in the game, though they will probably make the town’s job a little easier.
You have no cool powers or anything, beyond your factional kill of course. Speaking of which, because of the possibilities of watchers or trackers in this game, you must choose one of your members to make the factional kill. If no kill is submitted by deadline, I will select a killer/target at random. (this may or may not be a good thing) No kill may be expressly chosen, of course, but then you’d be a bunch of dirty hippies.
Oh, one other thing... you have a QuickTopic [url]here[/url] available to hatch nefarious plots. Please do all your plotting at night since that’s when nefariousism is at its best.
You win when the remaining members of your faction equal or outnumber the remaining townies, and nothing can prevent the same. Good luck. The game thread is here. Please confirm via PM.
Mafia Ninja
You are a Mafia Ninja. Why is there a ninja on a baseball team? Exactly!
Because you’re super special, you may choose to kill a target at night without having to worry about pesky snooping trackers or watchers getting in your way. Doing so constitutes using your factional kill. BTW, if no kill is submitted by deadline, I will select a killer/target at random. Mafia Roleblocker
You are a Mafia Roleblocker. You’re kinda like Julia Roberts in that one movie, except without the heart of gold. More like a heart of cold black dirty coal. Also you’re probably not as cute as Julia Roberts, cuz damn.
Because you’re super special, you may choose to roleblock one target every night. Roleblocking a target means said target won’t be able to use any of their cool powers that night. Provided they have any. If you don’t submit a target before deadline you forfeit it, sorry.

Cop
You are a Cop. Hey look, a donut! Ha ha, just kidding. That was just a guy stealing the radio from your squad car. You should probably go waddle after him or something.
As a cop you get to be super nosy! Each night you may target a player, and I’ll tell you if they’re either town-aligned or mafia-aligned. If I tell you anything else I was probably drunk and you should request the information again. If you fail to submit a target before the deadline then you forfeit it, sorry.

Doc
You are a Doctor. As the foremost specialist in Bulletology in the entire world, you’re more than capable of saving patients who have been shot in the head at point-blank range without the use of any sorts of tools whatsoever. Hopefully the mafia guys didn’t think to bring knives.
Each night you may choose a player to protect, and if someone attempts to kill that player they get to live instead. If you fail to submit a target before the deadline then you forfeit it, sorry. And then someone will die. Nice going.

Tracker
You are a Tracker. As a direct descendent of Aragorn, son of Arathorn, you have the ability to crouch down in weeds or forests or whatever and somehow magically figure out where someone went. You also have really greasy hair and really manly stubble.
Your cool special powers allow you to choose a target at night, and follow them wherever they go. If they go somewhere you’ll be told who they visited, though not what they did. If you fail to submit a target before the deadline then you forfeit it, sorry.

Watcher
You are a Watcher. You are good at watching things. Grass grow? Please. Paint dry? Child’s play. You had a staring contest with the Sphinx once and won. Aww yeah.
Because you’re so special, you can choose to watch a target each night. If anyone else tries to do something to that target (nefarious or otherwise!) you’ll be notified who it was, though not what they did. If you fail to submit a watch target before the deadline then you forfeit it, sorry.

You are a Vanilla Townie. As such you have no cool powers or anything. You’re just cannon fodder. A pawn in the schemes of giants. One of those little chips on the checkers board before it gets to that other side, and gets another chip on it, and then bounces back and makes your little sister cry. Muahahahah.
