This was my first game on MafiaScum. I was a mafia goon with Raider8169, who unfortunately had a lot of real life obligations at the time and left me high and dry by being lynched Day 1. Though I didn't play my hammer of Raider properly, I was able to recover as the days wore on and was able to spur town discord enough to never quite be the main suspect. Was graciously nominated by the moderator and Kmd4390 for a Best Newbie Scummy.

Came into this game with a town that had lynched two townies needlessly on the first two days and didn't seem to care much about having discussion. Zwetschenwasser was acting very scummy and I was fooled into attacking him while the scum, Empking and Signal, laid back to nab an easy win through quickvoting on Zwet when another player believed my case and dropped a vote on him. Guess you can't win them all.

I fought hard to keep this game on the right track day 1, which once again resulted in my death. Thankfully, Head Honcho replaced in and started knocking heads when necessary. He and Col. Cathart did a good job in lylo fishing out the remaining scum, jammer. Good game played by both sides, but the town was just a little bit better here.

Though we had a mislynch on Day 1, I was able to help the town find Radical Pi scum after he had quick hammered. From there on out the town was in control and the scum didn't have much of a chance because they were too timid at the start of the game. RayFrost, AGar, Messiah, danielsound and the rest of the town did a good job after I was dead and never let the last scum have a chance of escape even though he claimed cop.

Came into this game and was very surprised to reprise my role as the Cult Mentor. Unfortunately, things did not go as smoothly here as they did in Mafia ViPod. Percy played very well as my mentee, but I wasn't able to commit as fully to this game as I would have liked due to the holidays. Not that I played overly bad, but when I was linked to the death of opposing scum member Zachrulz because I was trying to gain town points from what I thought was a mislynch, I didn't put up enough fight to survive another night and potentially win the game for our team.

This game was a lesson in why it is important not to play too many games at one time, especially during the holidays. I was never able to dedicate the proper resources to this to scumhunt effectively, and the 3-9 near mountianous, limited reveal setup didn't do any favors for the town.

Well, the town won this one, but probably shouldn't have. The scum team bussed one of their buddies hard on Day 1 after a major flub that probably would have gotten him lynched anyway. Then they successfully outted the town double voter and cop within the first two days. Too bad there was a deputy too and they were nothing but goons to counter balance. Amished has the worst luck in the world when he's scum. *hex*

This probably would have been more fun if all my favorite and obvious town reads were killed in the first two nights by the two scum teams! I pointed out exactly who they needed to cross kill in order to win and yet they offed me and all the other pro-town people. I promised Zach I would let everyone know he should have put a doc in this setup...and he should have!

This was a very fun game that was unfortunately easy for town because SilverPhoenix forgot to put a VT sample role claim in the rules. ChiefSkye4 got into trouble because of this and then made matters worse by claiming 'The Bearded Lady', who coincidentally had died in the opening scene of the game. Her mafia partner, Empking, then made a shoddy claim on D3 and was lynched for the victory. It should have been a perfect win, but people wouldn't listen to me when I said that Debonair Danny DiPietro was a Jester trying to get himself lynched on D2. He succeeded, unfortunately.

This was a very fun game with the mechanic that every day the posts disappear. I was scum partners with julienvonwolfe and Chiefskye4. We didn't really have a chance to win after serial killer Wall-E axed julien and Chief on N1 and N2, thus preventing any of our kills from going through. By the time Day 4 came around a majority of the town had cleared one another through night actions. I tried my best to get a mislynch going on forbiddanlight, but even though I came close the town didn't quite bite. Oh, and my Hypnotist Goon role gave me the power to save and manipulate two posts on any night that I did not perform the scum group's kill. Fun game overall.

I played very badly in this game, probably my worst game on MS. I got way too overzealous on Day 1 and made some poor choices of words when I attacked mykonian and Zilla. This was what ultimately led to my lynch. Furthermore, most of my reads of town and scum were out of place. I have no clue really what I was thinking this game, but the rest of the town did fairly well and the scum finished each other off in the end. Can't win them all I guess. Solid town performances from Zilla and Incognito.

This was a really great game and was made moreso by a fantastic player list that all played reasonably well. Though the scum team had 4 members, there were some special voting mechanics for the town that made it very difficult for us, especially after players like Juls and Vi nailed the whole scum group. I think as a whole scum team played well together, but there were just too many confirmable or semi-confirmed town roles floating around for us to be able to get viable mislynches. Jahudo also made some really great flavor and was more than capable in his modding duties. Probably one of my favorite games so far on MS.

This was a unique setup of two cults with limited recruiting abilities facing off. The first night I recruited Sotty7, which turned out to be a wonderful choice. We worked together very well and felt we were in control of the game most of the time. Little did we know that a series of coincidences was hiding the second cult of X and elvis_knits. A difficult claim to defend was ultimately X's downfall and sealed the win for Sotty and me. This game was probably balanced a little in favor of the scum, but for having two cults in it, it was certainly more balanced than I would have imagined. Props to Vi.

This was a really fun theme to play and showed that limiting the words of town can actually add to the excitement of the game and not be detrimental to town. It stinks I was killed so early in the game (as seems to be my trend recently). I think the town could have made a better lynch decision on the last day, but the swingy mechanics of two Avengers is really what gave the scum the win, so I can't complain too much.

I don't think there has been a word invented yet to express how frustrating this game was. I had some major arguments with Emptyger and curiouskarmadog during the course of events (both of whom were town). Despite all of that and some bad mislynches early on, town gained major ground when Emptyger was able to cure Zoneace of being the SK. The scum were successfully lynched, but unfortunately there was a mechanic in the game that allowed Zone to TURN BACK into a serialkiller unbeknownst to everyone else. Yeah, lesson to you is don't ever put bastard mechanics into your games.

This game was a lesson in how much of a team game mafia is. Not only was there a lot of excessive noise and poor scumhunting efforts early on from the town, but the later half of the game saw basically the entirety of the town lurking while I argued myself blue in the face with the scum to lynch one another. Even though I had all of the scum pegged for various reasons, I couldn't get my town teammates to show up for long enough to vote them. It was a pitiful effort on the part of the town and the scum definitely deserved to win for such dismal play.

I had the most powerful role I've ever had in a game of mafia here, Mason Cop with Sotty7. The setup was quite interesting, if not teetering on the edge of disaster the entire game. Almost every player in the game had a daykill everyday, which made negotiating lynches quite a touchy subject at times. The scum team actually hurt themselves a lot in this game through lurking and shooting people at the slightest pressure toward their lynch. The ending was quite dramatic, as scum traitor pwnz shot me and then attempted to convince me that I should lynch PorkchopExpress in lylo, but in the end I made the correct decision and just died a slow, painful death for the town victory.

Played about 50/50 here. Taking advantage of the multi-purge mechanic Vi put in this game was quite fun and allowed the town to clean house in only two Days. Of course, Sotty7 being a hardcore awesome vengeful vigilante helped as well. I think the fast pace of the game and the fact that everyone had an ability of some kind made it difficult for the scum to strategize effectively. Town played pretty awesome overall actually.

This game featured a new mechanic with typical Vi-flair. Almost everyone started with no abilities, but could gain them through various "last chance" scenarios. My scum team basically self-destructed on Day 1 when everyone but me decided lurking would be the best policy. This caused much more suspicion toward them than there needed to be and Nikanor was lynched Day 1. Thankfully, Herodotus replaced in later and we gave a dominating performance that lead to a victory after that.

Shared Serial Killer Win?

This was a strange trip indeed. There were six serial killers in the game against six town members AND AND AND the SKs would flip whatever they claimed in thread upon death. That sort of made it impossible to determine what was going on. I made it to lylo with two SKs and actually had a plan that would have allowed me to win, but then I was modkilled inexplicably for making Post 666....Then instead of the SKs killing each other at night for a draw, the mod allowed them to "team up" for some reason and share a victory. Needless to say, I feel a bit cheated by this one considering everything.

This was a fun game despite my continued run of unfortunate luck. I had an interesting role where I was a neutral survivor, but I could gain information as to who the scum were. The bad news was that the town all looked horribly scummy on Day 1 and by default I ate the scum kill even though I wasn't really doing much of anything. I had assumed my quickest course to victory was to try and eliminate the scum team by subtly nudging the town in the right direction, but they didn't really see this direction until I was dead. :P

This game started with a lot of needless bickering and not a lot of scumhunting going on, which put the town in a bad position overall. Luckily, SpyreX and camn replaced in and helped to right the direction of the game after I had talked myself blue in the face. Ac1983fan, hewitt and Ztife were the scum in this game and were more than content to let the town self-destruct. Thankfully, camn took a bold move and outted herself as jailkeeper, which resulted in three consecutive deaths of our scum and a town win.

Strong play by hohum and myself basically guaranteed a town win in this game. Together we nailed bloodcovenant and he panicked as scum before fakeclaiming Doctor. He was lynched on D1 to greatly set back the scum team. The Bird setup is very interesting in terms of when to claim and how to claim. I was able to lay a bit under the radar as cop on D1 and clear Charnel as VT with my investigation. Because I didn't investigate the doc, which was hohum, it was basically impossible for the second scum, Octupis, to have a chance for victory. Great play by town as a whole.

This game started off well enough, and I had high expectations given the player list when I started. saberwolf acted very scummy Day 1 and ended up as a mislynch, but it was probably better for the overall health of the game. After I was killed, populartajo tried to counter claim the cop with a guilty on him, but didn't make it too far. The final day was pretty much a staring contest with no activity, but ekiM came through in the end and nailed the last scum. Kudos to him.

I started the game off on the wrong foot by going after brothernature, who was the doc. I then almost jumped on a mislynch as Day 1 rapidly approached deadline, but used some very good meta on zwetschenwasser to nail him as scum at the last minute. The next day I did a solid analysis of Day 1 and determined that hohum was the second scum. Getting him lynched was more work than it probably should have been, but all is well that ends well I suppose. Overall, I think I played a very good game as town here.

I was scum with dramonic in this game and we had a perfect victory thanks to a combination of good play on our part and hohum and charter having an epic clash of personalities on Day 1. Hohum got a little over zealous and hammered charter before he claimed that he was the doctor. That put us in a great position the next day and there was little that the town could do to prevent our victory.

Sotty7 played very well here as scum and the large majority of town did not. I don't know what else can really be said. Despite having two cops, a doc, and me calling out one of two goons Day 1, the town still could not seem to get its act together at all. Massive lurking and endless replacements made this ridiculous. Scum deserved the win.

This was a case of too many cooks in the kitchen, I think. There was a lot of talking in this game and the scum were able to skirt along the outside for a good portion of the game while the town went in horribly wrong directions. That being said, I don't think the mislynches were necessarily undeserving, just probably could have been handled better if the town had implemented an actual strategy at some point. Oh well, it was still a very fun game overall.

I think my scum team actually played really well in this and probably should have won. Being a scum role cop was kind of interesting and gave our team a good insight into what was going on overall and how to best manipulate the game in our favor. It would have given me a great fakeclaim later too if it hadn't been for Vi claiming the night after I investigated her. The next night she investigated me and signed my death warrant. Did I mention I knew she was a cop from the night before? Yeah. Too late on that one. There were three town cops in this game of varying sanities and they could not be killed (even if both scum teams targetted them) as long as the doc (Image, who remained hidden) protected them. I consider this a loss due to circumstance rather than good play on the town's part.

Kublai Khan made an epic claim as a miller Day 1 without knowing my predecessor had investigated him. He epically rode this claim to one of the cleanest scum victories I have ever seen. My death came as a result of leaning too hard on Mastin, which I should have known better than doing as the cop. I died before I could get my investigations out there, which was really my own mistake. Kublai's team definitely deserved the win here, however.

Turns out that being scum in a game of elite town players who you think are really good players is very challenging. Who would have thought. As a scum team, roflcopter, Yosarian2, zu_faul, populartajo, and myself did alright, but we got very bunched together as the game went on. Late in the game it became obvious to me that we weren't going to be able to get our last two mislynches for the perfect victory. I decided to bus and came close to victory, but charter and Pookythemagicalbear had me nailed big time due to our early buddying. Probably one of the most challenging games I've played in terms of how much work needed to be put in to win the game. Guess I shouldn't have been so lazy early on.

This is easily the best I have ever played in a game. When I started this game, I figured that there was no way that a serial killer had a chance of winning in a 27 player game. As the game progressed, however, I had a series of good strategic decisions and luck going my way that set a very solid base for me to win. Ultimately, the game ended in a draw because both Sajin and I were UNK, but I'll still count it as a personal victory against very tough odds.

This was probably the most complex game I have ever played in, but it was a really good time. The distribution of "good" players was pretty even across both sides and it was challenging at all times, but never in a way that seemed unwinable. Thesp and I made it to the final endgame and were on the precipice of figuring out the scum a couple times, but we never got quite there and some poor play from the other town members made it even more challenging.

Not surprisingly, the victory had very little to do with me, though I did correctly call Ellibereth as scum during my short stay. Basically, our town teleporter played brilliantly this game and deserves most of the credit for shipping out all the baddies early on and all but guaranteeing the victory.

RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGE! I have to say that I think I played very well for how complex this game was. I did lead one bad mislynch, but I feel it was on reasonable grounds. iLord and I made a pretty good team for most of this game and we worked the mechanics to the best of our ability. My death sort of sealed the town's fate because the rest of the town was too tangled up in bad reads on Furcolow to see an obvious night action plan that would have led to our victory. :( The worst part about losing a large game like this that is so close is how much effort you put in to get your side to victory and then you have to watch them lose it from beyond the grave. It was a really fun game regardless and Percy is a modding genius. I hope I have better luck in Stars Aligned III.

Despite a decent start to this game, the town lost control from Day 2 onwards. Looker and flinter made good NK choices throughout the game and benefited from the town getting lazy at times in their scum hunting. Flinter also forgot her role PM from the start of the game and genuinely thought she was town. She was quite surprised when she won.

GroupThink had a tough time for the scum in this game on Day 1 and ended up being lynched. This put his partner Fred Garvin in a bad position immediately on Day 2, but Fred played really well for a newer player and weaseled his way out of a lynch. Fred also did very well with his roleblocking night actions, consistently shutting down the power roles and keeping his kills in play. The town was overall well led by ICEninja and didn't have too many problems using process of elimination for an easy lylo victory.
