Summary
This template is used to create an external link without the icon that follows most external links.

Paramaters

- the type of link you wish to link to
Currently, the following types of links are built into the template:
| post, p | this will link to a specific post |
| topic, t | this will link to a specific topic |
| forum, f | this will link to a specific forum |
| user, u | this will link to a specific user/Scummer |
