Name: Glome (Pronounced [glomɛ] in native Armine, but he has come to prefer the "anglicized" pronunciation of [gloʊm]. Prefers to be adressed by his first name only.)

Description: Glome is a member of the Armine race, mysteriously teleported to the world of Amstaad by a bizarre event. He is a furred anthropomorphic creature, having a mix of characteristics, commonly compared to dogs, cats, and foxes.

Height: 5'8"
Weight: 139 lbs.
Eye Color: Usually green, but varies based on the element he channels.
Fur Color: Blue with wavy, flame like patterns resolving into lighter slate-colored patterns covering his hands and feet. White on his muzzle, chest, abdomen, etc. down to his inner thighs. He may display additional slate-blue patterns on the rest of his body when using elemental magic (curving arcs for water, intricate lines for lightning, snow crystals for ice, etc.) He used to be able to transform and have his fur colors change entirely by immersing himself in a certain magic energy, but this ability has been lost. (Will recover with Level 8 Sorcery or higher)
Attire: Prefers not to wear clothes in informal settings and in the summer months (for obvious reasons). In spring and fall or in formal settings, usually wears minimal/breathable clothing. Dresses more warmly for winter, but still wears much less than humans would. Has an affinity for traditional-style Armine garments, which are often highly decorative and made of transparent/translucent fabric.

Glome was born in the town of Meru, Solthain Empire, Vais. From an early age he displayed an aim to be kind and friendly to anyone he meets. His enthusiasm and cheerful demeanor made him well-liked on his homeworld, and according to a young girl from his school, he was "the cutest, most charming boy I ever met. He's popular, but he isn't arrogant. He makes friends the right way."
Glome was an excellent student as well. Due to his parents taking initiative with the then-obscure Early Start home-education program (and his own natural ability, as his parents insist), Glome was able to skip the first two levels of school, and later was put into an accelerated program at 5th level. In spite of all this, school life was harsh on Glome at times, especially in his first year at secondary school (7th level). As his homeroom teacher states, "You had all these kids who were popular and 'cool', and then along comes Glome, who's nothing like them, but is still popular and widely respected. And they resented that a lot. They saw him as taking away from what they thought was their entitlement, and with him being much younger than the other students and in the accelerated program, they saw him as an easy target. So yeah, it was kind of rough his first year here. They picked fights with him a lot. However, Glome often won these fights.
His father was a strong supporter of his self-defense. "I always told him, 'avoid violence unless you are given no other option.' And that's what he did. He never started any fights.
