My Name is Earl is a modified C9 using Day Start and one of the following four setups:
- 1 Mafia Goon, 1 Mafia Roleblocker, 1 Cop, 1 Doctor, 5 Townies
- 2 Mafia Goons, 1 Cop, 1 Earl, 5 Townies
- 2 Mafia Goons, 1 Doc, 1 Earl, 5 Townies
- 1 Mafia Goon, 1 Mafia Roleblocker, 2 Earls, 5 Townies
"Earl" is just a Vanilla Townie with a special name. The idea behind this setup is that Earls do not have night actions, but are power roles due to their unique name (which makes them semi-confirmable) and the implication that each Earl means one less actual power role in the setup.
