Signup Issues

Hi guys. I'm trying to sign up for a mafiascum account so I can play; however, the signup form keeps telling me that it doesn't have a reason to believe that I'm not a bod even though I correctly entered the CAPTCHA.

Please help.

IP Address

Posted here for JEEP's benefit So that I can fix my banned IP address.

1) who are you? just a plain IP address doesn't do much for us...

2) your IP address isn't in the Block Log, so i'm not sure what you're talking about

3) why are you posting here? shouldn't you be posting in the Help! forum?..

Sorry I didn't think in advance there. Forgot that it wouldn't post my name. It was working for quite a while and now it says I am banned from the forums again. Do you have any idea why this is happening?

How can I activate my inactive account?

I have created my account long time ago, but hasn't posted anything on the site. My account became inactive when I tried to login yesterday. How can I activate my account?

My account is 142857, and I have emailed the site administrator before. There is no reply.

"Upload File" Error

I've been trying (For some time - gave up about a month ago, but decided to attempt again) to upload an image to the wiki. Specificaly, my forum avatar, so I can use it in the userbox template (Aren't I showy? :P). Anyway, each and every time I click on the link on the left (The one that says "Upload file"), I get the following error:\

The upload directory (/home/mafia/public_html/wiki/images) is not writable by the webserver.

It seems so. We've been having trouble starting with .png images. Let me assure you, you're not the only one with this problem, but I think it's up to a higher Sysop or Jeep --Andycyca||me||What? 21:54, 20 April 2009 (EDT)
