Player on MS since November 2008. Came upon the game of mafia slightly prior to that from another site. Works as a journalist and sees the game of Mafia as the perfect platform to hone questioning tactics that can pry information from people that they don't necessarily want to give up.

Also, I obviously enjoy BSG, particularly everyone's favorite compulsive liar that is strangely believable, Gaius Baltar.

Playstyle

I would say I'm much more straightforward in how I state my posts than many players I've seen. I'm a big believer in explaining yourself in detail while still be succinct. I'm a fan of a good gambit and try to think at least one move ahead...though I can't say that always turns out successful.

Not sure how I feel about meta, but I occasionally like to read games to check out other players or check their wiki pages (in hindsight it seems like a stupid idea to create a page like this if you care about winning).

I was a mafia goon with Raider8169, who unfortunately had a lot of real life obligations at the time and left me high and dry by being lynched Day 1. Though I didn't play my hammer of Raider properly, I was able to recover as the days wore on and was able to spur town discord enough to never quite be the main suspect. Was graciously nominated by the moderator and Kmd4390 for a Best Newbie Scummie.

Zwetschenwasser was acting very scummy and I was fooled into attacking him while the scum, Empking and Signal, laid back to nab an easy win through quickvoting on Zwet when another player believed my case and dropped a vote on him. Guess you can't win them all.
