Eastermeet is a recurring meetup of Scummers in the UK. The first Eastermeet was held in 2013, and the meetup has taken place annually since then. The name 'Eastermeet' was adopted from 2015 onwards.
Since none of the attendees has an especially large house, this meet has always been held at a holiday cottage or cabin. The Easter timing was chosen because this: a) is during school holidays and therefore allows student or teacher Scummers to attend b) is cheaper than renting a holiday cottage in summer.
