Pick Your Poison is an Open Game Setup. In it, the Mafia choose two roles out of three to give the town.
The setup is:
- 3 Mafia Goons
- 0-1 Town Roleblockers
- 0-1 Doctors
- 0-1 Cops
- 7 Townies
