Can the Mafia faction Nightkill normally or do they depend on the Arsonist's activity?
It seems to be a cool Setup anyway.
They have a night kill, that's what the bullet doctor protects from.

it said that it's not mafia because it's not an informed minority against an uninformed majority, but isn't the mafia informed? I guess it didn't specifically say they were informed, but if they are it's a game of mafia Sterling the steampunk
