I have a question. It says I need to be here 3 months to mod a Mafia game. Does this mean I need to join this place to mod it on another site that plays Mafia? What goes on outside mafiascum.net doesn't need to follow our rules. We have the awesome wiki, but we aren't the center of a Mafia empire.<br> | |||

This is out of date. My understanding is that you need to do an Open Setup or a Mini Normal before you can do a (New York) Normal Game or Mini Theme.
