ChannelDelibird

ChannelDelibird (usually shortened to CDB) joined mafiascum on the 19th March 2006 after becoming interested in the game through a not-very-serious game on the PE2K forum. He promptly became completely confused at the incredibly complex *cough* queue system used by the forum and didn't return for a while. Since learning how to type '/in', CDB has become a prolific if not entirely proficient player of the game. His play is typified by backtracking over his overreactions, exaggerations and plain stupid mistakes and chronic bouts of lurking. Obviously, he has a great future ahead of him.

His favourite ever games that he took part in were VisMaior's Bastard Mod Mafia and GreenLiquid's Post Restriction Mafia Mega. His favourite game that he didn't take part in was Yggdrasil's News Mafia, which he is very jealous of.

• Seven Samurai Mafia (Friendly Samurai/Double Voter, Town, Nightkilled N3, scum win) - One of my favourite ever games. The night scenes were brilliant. We might have been able to turn it around if I hadn't disappeared for a week or so and the scum realised I was the double voter. Mod: Dead Rikimaru
• Leekspin Mafia (Rolling Onion/Kamikaze Miller, Town, Survived, town win) - Also a favourite of mine simply because it was so insane. Twito's role was to get me lynched. Mod: Ubertimmy (<3)
• DDR Mafia (Oops! I Did It Again/Townie, survived, abandoned) - Died from general consensus. For some reason we just couldn't get going. Mod: bluesoul
• Doctor Who Mafia (The Wire/Magistrate/Accidental Vig, Town, Dayvigged D1, Scum win) - Incomprehensible. Easily my least favourite ever game because nobody could understand what was going on. The flavour deserved better. Mod: Max
• Fallen Hero Mafia (Mourner(Brother)/Townie, Town, Lynched D3, town win) - I would have survived if I hadn't made a single stuff-up. It was a useful learning curve though. Mod: mikeburnfire
• Open 1: Pie C9 (Cop, Endgamed, scum win) - ...meh. Got blocked N1. Mod: mith
• Mini 367 (Neutral Mason, Endgamed, Scum win (replaced by TheEyeOfMordor)) - Annoyed that I flaked and got replaced, but it was fun while it lasted. Mod: Primate/cpol
• Band Mafia (Violin/Mafia, Lynched D1, Town win) - This was frustrating as I got lynched for a mistake that I would have made as town. I was very, very new. Mod: Aureal
• Street Racing Mafia (Silver Porsche Carrera GT/Miller, Town, Lynched D2, Town win) - Not much to say here, but I quite enjoyed the game. Mod: Machiavellian-Mafia
• Mini #? Camp Scum Lake (Camper/Townie, Survived, abandoned) - Shame it didn't finish. Was pretty newbie-intensive. Mod: audacesiuvat
• Street Justice Mafia (Cody Quick/Mafia, Lynched D3, abandoned (scum were going to win though) - I had fun with this. My first game on 'Scum, where I replaced LML, who had created quite a lot of fun by counterclaiming the cop. I got the cop lynched, which had my scumbuddies on the road to victory before the mod disappeared. Mod: bigdaddyblock
• Mafia 54: TGFKA Moses In Egypt (Townie, Lynched D3, Town wins) - I didn't do much here but I was lynched for absolutely no reason whatsoever, which got on my nerves. Mod: Kelly Chen
• Mafia 51: No Use For A Title (Psychopath, Neutral, Lynched D5, town wins (replaced by CrashTextDummie)) - I was enjoying myself until I couldn't get on the site for some reason and got replaced. CTD did a pretty good job in an ultimately unsuccessful cause. Mod: Cadmium
• Wheel of Time Mafia (Padan Fain/SK, Lynched D3, Cult wins) - My first full game. It got a bit confusing at the end with the Cult, but I had fun. Lack of knowledge about the flavour helped in my downfall. Mod: Gleeman/Macros
• Covert Ops Mafia (Cuckoo/Backup Hacker, Town, Nightkilled N2, Town wins) - I wasn't in the game long enough to really enjoy it. Mod: Seol
• Post Restriction Mafia Mega (Mama Duck/Mason Leader, Town, Nightkilled N6, Duo Killers win) - This was great fun, especially as for some reason the obvious masons were spared by the scum for a good while. One of my favourites. Mod: GreenLiquid
• Mafia 53: A Bit Out Of The Norm (Doctor, Town, Survived, replaced by Fritzler) - I wasn't around much and got replaced fairly sharpish. Abandoned. Shame. Mod: GlorkoS
• Open 5: Switch Mafia (Doctor, Town, Endgamed, replaced Jules who replaced Brutal Assassin) - Stoof & Kelly played the town like a piano. Mod: Yosarian2
• Post Restriction Mafia III (Rue Dass, Goon, Lynched D1, Town wins) - I had a really good feeling about this game but then the cop got me N1, which sucked. It was fun while it lasted, 'cause my PR was fantastic. Mod: GreenLiquid
• Bastard Mod Mafia (Miller vig, Town, Nightkilled, Mafia win) - I nailed the SK and two scum before getting owned. One of my best games as town. Mod: VisMaior
• Newbie 297: Kitten Mafia (Kitten Owner, Kitten Aligned, Lynched D1, Mafia win)
• Mini 368: Town of Suspicion (Mafia Goon, Survived, Mafia win) - I replaced in late in the game and mith basically carried the game for us. Mod: lordy/Kelly Chen
• Open 10: C9 (Cop, Nightkilled N2, Town wins) - Nearly got pwned D2 but managed to get my claim in in time, which helped CES to make the right decision for the win. Mod: Max/Glork
• Snakes on a Plane Mafia (Puppeteer, Cult Leader, lynched D2, town wins (replaced by The Ace)) - Can't remember why it was I got replaced (probably just couldn't keep up). Not an awful lot to say here. Mod: Bluesoul
