'''Notes:''' This game alone made me stop recording win/loss statistics. I pegged two scum and narrowed it down to two players for the third. And then, in MYLO, both town and scum quick-wagoned Gyro, the most obvious town power role I have ever seen, and a ''townie'' hammered. My explanations for why Gyro was all but confirmed innocent were repeatedly answered with posts to the effect of "Your argument is laughable," with no supporting reasons at all. Horrible. Sure town win down the drain. | '''Notes:''' This game alone made me stop recording win/loss statistics. I pegged two scum and narrowed it down to two players for the third. '''Notes:''' The game as a whole struggled with activity at times, but good stuff overall (except for the first half of day 2—painful memory). I had a town read on one of the mafiosi almost all the way through day 1, but on day 2 I flip-flopped and the town beat him into the ground. I picked out the second mafioso during day 1 but got sidetracked and didn't come back to him until later on, and toward the end I finally agreed with charter about the last mafioso (charter had been urging his lynch for a long time) and a cop investigation got him lynched. Scum hunting was all over the place, but I'm satisfied with the final product. | '''Notes:''' The game as a whole struggled with activity at times, but good stuff overall (except for the first half of day 2—painful memory). The correct title of this article is crypto. The initial letter is shown capitalized due to technical restrictions in the MediaWiki software.
Alternate accounts: Duplicate, Symbol.
Ongoing games: Mafia 105 (dead), Flash Mafia, A Roccisi Winter.
Games as crypto
Newbie 777 [1]
Outcome: Town victory.
Role: Vanilla townie.
Notes: I bludgeoned my way to an obvious scum lynch on day 1, and then failed miserably to get anywhere on days 2 and 3. Got lucky lynching the remaining mafioso in LYLO.
Newbie 805
[2]
Outcome: Town victory.
Role: Vanilla townie.
Notes: Frustrating. Called one mafioso day 1 but the rest of the town disagreed; we were fortunate enough to hit on his teammate with a last-second lurker lynch. Squeezed out a follow-the-cop plan for an automatic win day 2. Was then lynched for my belligerence. Mafioso I had called day 1 committed suicide night 2; the guy didn't have a prayer.
Mini 827
[3]
Outcome: Cult victory.
Role: Town doctor turned cultist.
Notes: Lots of lurking early on, but once things picked up it was a great game. Lots of fun players. Scum reads were a mixed bag.
Mini 842
[4]
Outcome: Mafia victory.
Role: Vanilla townie.
Notes: I rejected my two gut scum reads for most of the game as I didn't think I could build a logical case for either of them. And of course they were accurate. Ugh. We failed hard day 1 and the mafia capitalized on our every mistake. We started rocking around day 3, but by then scum had it pretty much locked up. I wish I'd made it to LYLO.
Mini 872
[5]
Outcome: Mafia victory.
Role: Vanilla townie.
Notes: This game alone made me stop recording win/loss statistics. I pegged two scum and narrowed it down to two players for the third. And then, in MYLO, both town and scum quick-wagoned Gyro, the most obvious town power role I have ever seen, and a townie hammered. My explanations for why Gyro was all but confirmed innocent were repeatedly answered with posts to the effect of "Your argument is laughable," with no supporting reasons at all. Horrible. Sure town win down the drain.
Mafia 102
[6]
Outcome: Town victory.
Role: Vanilla townie.
Notes: The game as a whole struggled with activity at times, but good stuff overall (except for the first half of day 2—painful memory).
Mini 880
[7]
Outcome: Mafia victory.
Role: Vanilla townie.
Notes: Abomination of a game. Easily my worst on the site. I just couldn't get a feel for it at all, and I made every wrong move possible in terms of scum hunting. Horrible. Don't even want to think about it. Ugh.
Games as Symbol
Newbie 852 [8]
Outcome: Town victory.
Role: Vanilla townie (replaced Datadanne).
Notes: I don't even know. Apparently my meta case bordered on unethical. I didn't know Googling someone's username is considered online stalking …
Mini 865
[9]
Outcome: Mafia victory.
Role: Vanilla townie (replaced SophistricDoctrine).
Notes: Lackluster effort by town. My scum radar started out really accurate and then went way off track. Scum played well but never faced much of a challenge. Tubby216 lost the game for the town.
