Plurality voting is in contrast to the majority voting mechanic (where someone is lynched when they have 50%+1).
Plurality, rather, is simply that at the deadline the player with a plurality of voting is lynched.
A moderator using Plurality Voting will have to decide what happens when there is a tie at the deadline. It is suggested that ties should be treated as a no lynch.
Variations
As used by Zoraster in Mini Normal 842, it is combined with the Lynch + 24 hours Rule. Rather than being straight up plurality, if at any time a player reached majority, the game has 24 hours to change their votes and discuss.
