This template is used to flag a user or IP address that has been blocked by a MafiaWiki SysOp. The syntax is as follows:

Placing this template on a userpage automatically places the user in Category:Blocked Users, and places the following box on the page where this template is used:
| This user has been blocked indefinitely due to posting spam by one of the MafiaWiki Sysops. (unblock • contribs)
If you believe this user should not be blocked, please raise your concerns on their talk page or use the {{unblock}} template. |
