An Enforcer is a role that allows the factional kill to block actions. Someone killed by an Enforcer will have their actions fail that night.
It is equivalent to combining the factional kill with a Roleblocker. However, an Enforcer may still opt to use the factional kill normally. This is useful to gate the Enforcer ability.
A Vigilante can be combined with a Roleblocker to have a similar effect to an Enforcer.
