The {{Rp/ActiveCount}} template takes a role string as argument, and returns the number of different active abilities that that role has. Its main purpose is to allow for correct pluralisation of modifiers that affect the set of active abilities as a whole.
Note that the Mafia's nightkill will count as an active ability, as will those of other similar factions. You can give Nightless as a second argument if you need to exclude this specific ability from the count.
