The Newbie Discussion Group are a group of members who are responsible for the continuous improvement process for the Newbie Game Queue. The group will eventually progress to include Inexperience Challenged (IC) Reviewers, which will be responsible for the development and maintenance of IC standards, and for the review of new and returning IC players.

PenguinPower is responsible for running the group and setting the direction for overall Newbie Game Queue development. As of September 2017, the following is the full list of members:
