Eastermeet is a recurrent meetup of Scummers in the UK. The first Eastermeet was held in 2013, and the meet has taken place annually since then, although the name 'Eastermeet' was only widely adopted from 2015 onwards.
This meet is held at a rented holiday cottage or cabin each year, to ensure enough space for all attendees and being able to play group mafia games (houses in Britain tend to be smaller than in some other countries). The Easter timing was chosen because this:
a) is during school holidays and therefore allows student or teacher Scummers to attend
b) is cheaper than renting a holiday cottage in summer.
