Two-Fold Matrix6 is derived from Matrix 6, currently experimental.

The setup is determined by randomly selecting one row or one column from each table, then filling in the remaining 6 roles with 5 Vanilla Townies, 1 Mafia Goon and 1 Werewolf Goon to create a 9-town, 2-mafia, 2-werewolf setup.

For example, if Row 1 (Town Jailkeeper, Vanilla Townie, and Mafia Goon) and Column B (Vanilla Town, Town Seer, Werewolf Goon) were chosen, the full setup will be 1 Town Jailkeeper, 1 Town Seer, 7 Vanilla Townies, 2 Mafia Goons and 2 Werewolf Goons.

Vanilla Townie

You are a Vanilla Townie

Win Conditions:

  • You win if all threats to the town are eliminated and at least one town-aligned player is alive.

Abilities:

  • You have no special abilities, your strength is your vote and intellect.


Cop

You are a Cop

Win Conditions:

  • You win if all threats to the town are eliminated and at least one town-aligned player is alive.

Abilities:

  • Each Night you may target a player to be inspected, thus discovering whether they are aligned with the mafia or not. You will receive a Private Message from the moderator containing either [Mafia] or [Not Mafia]. You will receive a Message containing [No Result] if your action fails for any reason.


Seer

You are a Seer

Win Conditions:

  • You win if all threats to the town are eliminated and at least one town-aligned player is alive.

Abilities:

  • Each Night you may target a player to be inspected, thus discovering whether they are aligned with the werewolves or not. You will receive a Private Message from the moderator containing either [Werewolf] or [Not Werewolf]. You will receive a Message containing [No Result] if your action fails for any reason.


Tracker

You are a Tracker

Win Conditions:

  • You win if all threats to the town are eliminated and at least one town-aligned player is alive.

Abilities:

  • Each Night you may target a player to be tracked, thus discovering who that player targeted in the same night phase. However, you can't track werewolf kills. You will receive a Private Message from the moderator containing [Name(s)] or [None]. Should your tracking fail for any reason, you will receive a Message containing [No Result].


Stalker

You are a Stalker

Win Conditions:

  • You win if all threats to the town are eliminated and at least one town-aligned player is alive.

Abilities:

  • Each Night you may target a player to be tracked, thus discovering who that player targeted in the same night phase. However, you can't track mafia kills. You will receive a Private Message from the moderator containing [Name(s)] or [None]. Should your tracking fail for any reason, you will receive a Message containing [No Result].


Jailkeeper

You are a Jailkeeper

Win Conditions:

  • You win if all threats to the town are eliminated and at least one town-aligned player is alive.

Abilities:

  • Each Night you may target a player who will be protected from one mafia kill during that night. Also, your target will be unable to perform any (active) Night Action during the same Night, unless they're aligned with the werewolves. You will not be informed whether you protected the player from a kill or about the (possible) Night Actions your target were to perform.


Wizard

You are a Wizard

Win Conditions:

  • You win if all threats to the town are eliminated and at least one town-aligned player is alive.

Abilities:

  • Each Night you may target a player who will be protected from one werewolf kill during that night. Also, your target will be unable to perform any (active) Night Action during the same Night, unless they're aligned with the mafia. You will not be informed whether you protected the player from a kill or about the (possible) Night Actions your target were to perform.


Doctor

You are a Doctor

Win Conditions:

  • You win if all threats to the town are eliminated and at least one town-aligned player is alive.

Abilities:

  • Each Night you may target a player to be protected, this will protect them from one mafia kill for one Night. The targeted player is not informed that they were protected. You will not be informed if you protected the player from a kill. You can not target yourself.


Guardian

You are a Guardian

Win Conditions:

  • You win if all threats to the town are eliminated and at least one town-aligned player is alive.

Abilities:

  • Each Night you may target a player to be protected, this will protect them from one werewolf kill for one Night. The targeted player is not informed that they were protected. You will not be informed if you protected the player from a kill. You can not target yourself.


1-shot Bulletproof

You are a 1-shot Bulletproof

Win Conditions:

  • You win if all threats to the town are eliminated and at least one town-aligned player is alive.

Abilities:

  • You will survive one kill attempt from the mafia. You will not be informed if you were attacked.


1-shot Elder

You are a 1-shot Bulletproof

Win Conditions:

  • You win if all threats to the town are eliminated and at least one town-aligned player is alive.

Abilities:

  • You will survive one kill attempt from the werewolves. You will not be informed if you were attacked.


Mafia Goon

Additional Info

Cop only detects Mafia, Seer only detects Werewolves

Doctor only guards the Mafia kill, Guardian only guards the Wolf kill

Trackers and Stalkers work a little differently; they reliably track all actions, except kills. The wolf kill is invisible to Trackers, and the Mafia kill is invisible to Stalkers.

Jailkeepers block both Mafia and Town actions and save their target from Mafia kills, where Wizards block both Werewolf and Town actions and save their target from Werewolf kills.

1-shot Bulletproof Townie will survive only one mafia kill, where Town 1-shot Elder will survive one werewolf kill.

If both jailkeeper and wizard attempt to jail each other, both actions will fail. Same occurs if both roleblockers attempt to roleblock each other. However, if a roleblocker and a jailkeeper/wizard attempt, the roleblocker will succeed.
