Probably the toughest game to balance I have encountered. 3 2-Paired Killing Factions and a Traitor aligned to all of them. Each Killing Team could kill once on N1 or N2, once on N3 or N4, and then every night. The first team to discover the existence of 3 Evil Factions was the "Teller of secrets" since there were no re-directing roles and their N1 kill failed, but a body showed up in the morning and another showed up on the following night. The second team to discover this was the winning team (Khalul). Bayaz only found out at the very end. [[Mina]] deserves a lot of credit for the victory of Khalul, since she replaced into a fast paced game with already 74 pages! Also, her alt had been reported as evil by a gambit from the Symp, but all the innocents ignored it. The innocents played a very weak game in general, and their chances finally dissipated when one of them decided to claim Serial Killer / Mafia-Aligned Cop. At the end, only one innocent and four killers remained, and a Mexican stand-off situation happened in which Khalul shot [[Faraday]], and [[Tammy]] shot the last innocent thinking that Khalul's other member was a hider and would use his role to hide behind the townie. Faraday shot Piper, but he was bulletproof due to a passive ability related to his first kill having been successful, resulting in Khalul's victory by numbers. The Author of the First Law Series of books, Joe Abercrombie, paid us a visit during the game and gave us the heads up on the amusing situation in which his characters were encountered. "The Tourney at Lannisport" was intended as a newbie invitational, were players with little experience playing Mafia were given priority over more experienced players. We ended up having a few flakeouts and two very experienced players pitching in (one as a Goon and one as a VT), but still, the majority of the players had less than 15 games played in Westeros, and most had less than a year playing Mafia. | |||

My first game as a co-mod. The flavor was based in Hanukkah and players earned abilities based on purchases and items they possessed. There was a dreidel spin on which players could gamble to get items. Unfortunately the setup lent itself to item hoarding and the evils were evidenced out based on anti-town use of items. |

My first game as a title mod. A bit broken since suspects were based on mass-claim by the Christmas team as early as D2. Some players had roles that required batteries. All investigative roles and the Bodyguard were told they could have insanity, but only one of the roles was insane. The insane cop opted for self investigating to discover her malfunction. The traitor (Toy Truck) flips innocent upon death and investigations, but should he decide on re-charging the unicorn, he would appear evil to sane investigations for the night he used his role. The truck only new about two of the three Mafia (Plush and Unicorn), but died if all the Mafia were lynched. He did not have factional communication with them (this is a fairly standard role in Westeros). |

Slow-paced Mini game (for Westerosi standards) where the innocents lost basically because of lack of coordination. The evils were evident since day one, but they played so evidently evil that people thought it was highly improbable. Somebody cleared the evil Roleblocker accidentally and she coasted until endgame, claiming a false guard on one of the innocents. Even when another innocent did not go on to hammer him, the townie about to be mislynched continued pushing a case against him, which resulted in him being hammered. |

This Mini ended up very quickly, as one of the killers was identified early on day one and got lynched early. The second killer basically gave up and never return to post, which resulted in him being modkilled for inactivity for a quick Town Win on N2. The killer was going to be the next in line to be lynched on D3. |

After "The Nightmare after Christmas" was broken by the Innocent faction, I decided on crafting a setup that would be unbreakable based on roles. Roles pre-built in game would be passed around randomly along players in this game, making it impossible to determine alignments based on abilities. Farring used her Ninja role on Scummy Buckler, who was an innocent read to most players, and with that took the Miller ability out of game. At the end of the journey, on day 6, the innocents lost to a coinflip, as Dondarrion decided to throw a vote based on the result from the coin. |

This Mini ended up very quickly. The killer got spared from being lynched on day one by claiming Guard, which the innocents thought was a town-aligned role. When mushroom flipped fresh, the Vigilante decided to take a shot and kill Pineapple. The Killers didn't realize the Vig had outem himself as a PR when he asked them role PM flavor to confirm they had a role. Sweet Corn was the only suspect from the clearance, and was cornered into confession on D2 as her lynch was inevitable. The Vig in the 12 player game made it a bit swingy; if the Vig missed his shot he could have made it a harder game from team inno. |

The setup was a somewhat modified version of the Paris II Mafia open setup. The winning conditions were such that only one team could win. The Mimes won only if they both got lynched. The evils had to Mime-Hunt to Night Kill them while mislynching innocents. The poisoner failed to claim, and was mislynched. Thus, the innocents lost on D2 the only means they had to remove the Mimes. However, the innocents only needed to lynch FM to win. |

The setup was a somewhat modified version of the Pick your Own Poison open setup, to adapt it to Westerosi balance standards. The two Titans (FM) got to pick the roles (2-Shot Tracker, 1-Shot Finder and 2-Shot Vig), and their Symp was unable to communicate with them, but was told what his Masters had chosen. The FM made a bad decision choosing the roles since they helped confirm too many players and paid for it. |

In this setup, killers were both Vengeful (Westerosi Ninjas) if they were lynched on Day One. However, after night one, one of them became a Mastermind and was the only killer that needed to be lynched. Every night, the killers could decide who was going to be the Mastermind. The other killer would be a Vengeful. They could not kill during Odd Nights. (It was a virtual tactic of adding two innocents in game). |

Mina deserves a lot of credit for the victory of Khalul, since she replaced into a fast paced game with already 74 pages! Also, her alt had been reported as evil by a gambit from the Symp, but all the innocents ignored it. The innocents played a very weak game in general, and their chances finally dissipated when one of them decided to claim Serial Killer / Mafia-Aligned Cop. At the end, only one innocent and four killers remained, and a Mexican stand-off situation happened in which Khalul shot Faraday, and Tammy shot the last innocent thinking that Khalul's other member was a hider and would use his role to hide behind the townie. That made Whiskeyjack swoon. |
