Overview
The 2004 Scummies were the second annual Scummies held.
The awards were officially announced and given out by Phoebus in June of 2005. See the announcement thread for full details and acceptance speeches.
Judges were Jaguar, Talitha, Cadmium, Fuldu, & Yaw.
