A Motivator is a role which can target another player and give them the ability to use their role's actions twice in the same Night.
A Monolith is a related role which can cause the target's role to temporarily/permanently 'evolve'. In designing the game setup, the Game Moderator determines what each role will become when it is targeted by the monolith - for example, a Tracker may become a Cop.
