The Governor has the ability to prevent a lynch. During twilight, the Governor may ask the moderator to stop a lynch.
Mod Notes
Due to the unique time period in which the Governor's ability comes into play, the moderator should take care to allow enough time for the player to make a decision and submit their choice. Twilight periods should last either a minimum of 24 hours or until the player sends a Prevent Lynch or Don't Prevent Lynch PM to the moderator. Or whichever comes first.
It is also important to place limits on how often and on whom the ability can be used. A Governor should not be able to prevent their own lynch more than once (if at all), nor should they be able to prevent the lynch of the same player more than once (or on consecutive days).
