Deuxieme Octopus is a player unlike any the world has ever seen. Basing his votes solely on the dregs of herbal teas, he is known to have voted flawlessly in all 0 of his total completed games. Wow.
Raised in a cave deep in the heart of Siberia, he lived exclusively on tiger milk. Tigers love to be milked...it's like playing board games for them. What's odd about tigers though, is they only have one long utter, not a bunch like most other animals...
