A Draw is the result of a game in which there is no clear winner.
Generally this will occur when either all of the players are dead, or the remaining players have no means of killing each other.
In the case of every player being dead (called scorched earth) the moderator will occasionally decide before the game begins who wins in that case (often the Serial Killer if there is one). In the case where the remnants of two factions cannot kill each other, the game is considered a draw between the living factions.
