Template:Blocked

Summary

This template is used to flag a user or IP address that has been blocked by a MafiaWiki SysOp. Placing this template on a userpage automatically places the user in Category:Blocked Users.

Syntax

Standard

{{blocked}}

this syntax should be used for the most common blocks: indefinite blocks placed on Users or IPs that have spammed the Wiki

Extended

this syntax should be used whenever a block is not indefinite or whenever the block is for a different reason than spamming

Parameter(s)

{{{time}}}

the amount of time the User or IP is blocked if other than 'infinite'

{{{expire}}}

the expiration date of the block, if applicable; if the block is 'infinite' leave this parameter blank

{{{reason}}}

the reason for the block if other than 'posting spam'; reasons listed in the Blocking Policy should be the only reasons used to block Users
