Summary
A power role is any role with an ability. To avoid a gross misgeneralization, a true power role will be powerful enough to influence the game simply by the results of the night.
Alignment

Power roles such as Doctor, Cop, and Roleblocker are not Town exclusive. Other anti-Town factions, like the Mafia, may have some power roles among its members, with the same functions as their pro-Town counterparts. The most common power roles which can have an anti-Town alignment are as follows:
- Cop
- Doctor
- Roleblocker (also known as Prostitute)
