Hello, I'm Glork. I've been playing Mafia for a few years, though I didn't join MafiaScum until mid-2005. I graduated from the University of Dayton on May 6, 2007, with a B.S. in Mathematics and a minor in economics. I was recently hired by Accenture to work as a Consulting Analyst, a job which began October 1 in Columbus, Ohio.

Pretty much all of my spare time is spent on something that involves games and/or sports. Card games, board games, strategy games, comptuer games, video games, mafia games... MLB, MLS, UEFA, NCAA (American) Football, NCAA Basketball, NFL, NHL... pretty much the only thing I don't follow is the NBA. I also enjoy movies and anime (of all kinds). I'm a huge fan of the James Bond genre, too.

I recieved the Paragon of Mafia Hunters award as the Best Mafia Catcher in the 2006 Scummies. I think I like scumhunting more than I like being scum, so I suppose that's fitting. I'm still working on improving my play as scum. I was also a judge in the '06 scummies.

I frequent ScumChat, popping in every day for at least a short while, if possible.

I have only been killed in endgame once. As a Townie, in Newbie 259 I was endgamed by Ether and Ibaesha.

I won the extra "Win Condition" of Smalltown 2: Scrubs Mafia, for being the best roleplayer in the game. Needless to say, I am an enormous Scrubs fan. :D

My counterpart is petroleumjelly. For some time, he picked up the nickname "Glrok" while I took on "JP." That trend seems to have since then faded away.

In many game instances, I prefer "glorking" people, rather than voting, lynching, or executing them. This minor schtick became well-known upon my success as King in the original Kingmaker Mafia. BrianMcQueso later expanded upon the flavor of my preferred kill method by proclaiming PookyTheMagicalBear covered in "glorking goo" after I executed him in Kingmaker II. Thok further (though erroneously) expanded on the notion of glorking in KM2 when he reported that I had been glork'd. In reality, nobody can produce synthetic glorking goo (known as "Glork-in-a-can"), and I was probably killed by some toxic look-alike substance. However, Ether has been known to "equip" me as an attatchment, enabling her to use me to glork others in ScumChat.
