Singer is a role that, upon being nightkilled, will reveal a random town role to the Mafia. It's usually a town role, although it has been used on independents before, and has potential as a scum role in Multiball setups. It's sometimes used as a modifier for balance purposes. However, due to it's negative utility, unprovavility, and the fact that unlike Miller there's no real way to make it useful to town, Singer is a very unpopular and uncommon role.
Use and Power
The role's most common use is to tip the game slightly toward scum, as it's basically a free Role Cop check if the player gets nightkilled but scum doesn't pick who gets checked. It also doesn't work if the target gets lynched (as a result, Singers are subject to Policy Lynches). It's not very powerful for either side, so it's only really used if the game is slightly pro-town.
