Quagmire is probably the sweetest person to herald this brilliant earth. As soon as he graced the presence with his mind, spirit, and body, the world flushed itself of all evils, Pokemon did not exist, and public transportation became much more sanitary. This change in clean public transportation systems is summed up by his AIM screen name, "unsanitary999." The "999" represents the change from unsanitary.
He's also a pretty bad lurker in most of his games and seems to take a long time to do anything, therefore making any games he's in or modding fairly lackadaisical and apathetic. He's not too bad, however.
