Double Day Unlimited is a 9 player open setup designed by Empking. Although the setup is vanilla, it features two separate mechanics that combined make for interesting gameplay.
Setup
Mechanics
- Daystart
- Double Day - this means the town gets two eliminations each day before the night phase is called for.
- Unlimited Voting - Each player can vote for as many different people at any given time. Voting thresholds still stay the same.
- Alignment flips for the first elimination of a day still occur as normal.
Sample Role PM's
Mafia Goon
- Welcome, [Player Name]. You are a Mafia Goon, along with your partner, [Player Name].
Abilities:
- Factional communication: During the night phase, you may talk to your partner here: [QuickTopic link].
- Factional kill: Each night phase, you or your partner may kill a player in the game.
Win condition:
- You win when you control 50% of the town.
Vanilla Townie
- Welcome, [Player Name], you are a Vanilla Townie.
Abilities:
- Your only ability is your vote, but unlike normal games, your vote is a little stronger as you may vote for as many different players at once as you'd like.
Win condition:
- You win when the mafia are wiped out.
