The group was separated into five subgroups and an engineer led them away, each group to their own platform. One by one they filed into their respective platforms, and each soon filled. It was an eerily silent procession.

Once locked, the platforms in unison silently rose into the sky. There were a few tortuous seconds of nothingness, then a blue light pierced the blanket of black.

An unnaturally bright blue pyramid appeared in the center of the five platforms. It slowly rotated through space, seemingly unconnected to this world. Every eye was fixated upon it, every mind felt its presence penetrating.

The pyramid pulsed once, then the platforms begin spinning circles in circles, until the whole chamber vibrated in response.

The simulation had begun.

Description

Cyclic Experimentation Set x01 is Large Theme game centered around the use of "cyclic mechanics". This in essence means that abilities present within the game will be passed around the available players within the game. It is a 25 player setup.

Special Mechanics/Rules

  • This is a Closed Setup. I promise no Cults/Jesters/Survivors.
  • Any Anti-Town Faction existing within this game may not pass an ability to any of their partners.
  • In the case that your cycling choice dies before receiving the ability, the ability will be passed to a random player. You will be notified as to which player is selected to receive the ability. Each player is given the option to provide two ranked choices when submitting their cycling choice to prevent this situation.
