Their control over the game did not last long, however, because the following round, Judy Hopps and Leon Kennedy flipped on the alliance to work with the newly formed group of Penelope Garcia, Rust Cohle and Lucifer Morningstar to eliminate Jake Peralta. Then, at final 7, Lennie Briscoe followed Jake out the door, despite his close ally Hercule Poirot’s efforts to save him, including a failed attempt to flip the vote on to another ally, Leon Kennedy. At final 6 and final 5, Judy Hopps and Penelope Garcia were voted out for being challenge and Jury threats. Then, at final 4, the players learned that the game would be a F2. Because of this, Rust and Poirot both knew that if the other went home, they would be relying on winning the Final Immunity Challenge in order to make it to the end due to the fact that both Leon and Lucifer were not perceived as Jury threats. They therefore decided to both secretly vote for Leon, the only option since Lucifer was Immune. Initially both Leon and Lucifer were planning to vote together for Poirot, but after hours of pleading, Poirot was able to convince Leon to lie to Lucifer about his vote in order to (in Leon’s mind) tie the vote between Rust and Poirot and force a firemaking challenge. After Leon’s elimination, Lucifer was left feeling betrayed and hurt by both Rust and Poirot and not particularly confident about his Jury chances against either of them. He then narrowly won Immunity and decided to eliminate Rust because he felt that it would be easier to contrast his game with Poirot’s than with Rust’s due to having been on opposite sides for most of the game. At final tribal council, some Jurors praised Poirot for his social game and strategic influence, while other Jurors criticized his use of emotional manipulation. Lucifer’s more under-the-radar strategy, on the other hand, was both praised and criticized by Jurors. Synopsis
When the game began, the players were divided into three tribes: the 12th , 27th, and 99th precincts. When the 27th precinct lost the first challenge, Ace was voted out for being inactive. The following round, when the 99th precinct lost the challenge, despite having one player, Quentin Lance, who was extremely inactive, they decided to vote out Officer Jenny, who had rubbed multiple players the wrong way. In the final round before the swap, the 27th precinct lost again, and despite a push from Jake Peralta to eliminate Paul Blart, Hannah Wells was the third player eliminated.
At final 18, the players swapped tribes into the Special Victims Unit and the Behavioral Analysis Unit. The Special Victims Unit went on to lose four straight challenges, solidifying themselves as one of the worst performing tribes in Mafiascum history. An alliance called LL ‘Cule J between Lennie Briscoe, Leon Kennedy, Hercule Poirot and Judy Hopps formed soon after the swap, and they would go on to control the votes as their tribe continued losing, eliminating Chan Ka-kui, Paul Blart, and Chase in turn. The alliance was shocked, however, when during the second round of swap Paul Blart successfully played an idol on himself, eliminating Kate Macer with a single vote. Meanwhile, on the Behavioral Analysis Unit, Quentin Lance continued to be inactive and thus found himself on the outs, but there were also some whispers of targeting Penelope Garcia in order to prevent the 12th precinct from obtaining control of the tribe. Detective Pikachu attempted to throw a challenge in order to save Chase on the other tribe, but he was unsuccessful.
After four rounds, the tribes swapped again, this time into the Strike Force and the Narcotics Unit. The Narcotics Unit lost twice in a row, first finally eliminating the inactive Quentin Lance and then blindsiding Cheddar with an idol in his pocket, leaving Grouch Cop alone and on the outs. Then, Strike Force lost the challenge and though Jake Peralta, Penelope Garcia, and Nick Wilde attempted to keep the former Behavioral Analysis Unit together in order to vote off Judy Hopps, after hearing that his former tribemates were throwing out his name as a fake vote, Lucifer Morningstar flipped on them and turned the tide against Nick Wilde, who became the final member of the prejury.
At the merge, an alliance called 1227 formed between the former 12th and 27th precincts minus Lennie Briscoe, but after a vehement disagreement between Detective Pikachu and Jake Peralta about whom to target, the alliance dissolved. Penelope Garcia, who previously had been tightly aligned with Jake Peralta, grew fed up with his behavior and decided to rally the votes against him. After a chaotic round in which the vote between Detective Pikachu and Jake Peralta flipped back and forth multiple times, Scruff McGruff announced to the entire game that he was voting against Jake because he believed the votes were already there, unwittingly solidifying the votes against him. Hercule Poirot and Lennie Briscoe, having failed to rally the votes to save Jake, tipped him off that the votes were against him, causing him to play his idol and send Detective Pikachu home. Scruff’s erratic behavior and poor communication this round irritated many players, which caused him to be targeted and eliminated next.
At final 9, the LL ‘Cule J alliance pulled in Jake, who was being targeted by the rest of the game, in order to seize control and blindside Grouch Cop in a 5-4 vote. Their control over the game did not last long, however, because the following round, Judy Hopps and Leon Kennedy flipped on the alliance to work with the newly formed group of Penelope Garcia, Rust Cohle and Lucifer Morningstar to eliminate Jake Peralta.
