This setup was made by wgeurts as a larger, even more deviously bastard version of Bastard++. Be warned, the setups generated will always be swingy and sometimes downright unbalanced.


Randomisation

Moderators must follow this process separately for the "general roles" and "extra-party roles", at the end all the roles should be put together.

The moderator randomly chooses 7 numbers from 1-100, repeating permitted. Then, each number is turned into a letter as follows:

General Roles:

  • 1-40 = M (Mafia)
  • 41-60 = X (Mason)
  • 61-70 = I (Investigative)
  • 71-80 = P (Protective)
  • 81-90 = Y (Manipulative)
  • 91-100 = N (Neighbour)

Extra-Party Roles:

  • 1-20 = C (Cult)
  • 21-40 = J (Jester)
  • 41-60 = K (Serial Killer)
  • 61-80 = S (Survival)
  • 81-100 = U (Undead)

The mod then notes how many of each letter is generated and converts them into roles. After that Vanilla Townies are added until there are 13 roles.
