An Unvote removes a player's current vote from consideration. They are thus considered "not voting."
Some moderators prefer or even demand that players unvote before placing new votes.
Until the [unvote] tag was added in 2010, all unvoting occurred by bolding the word Unvote. Unvoting now is typically allowed using either method.
