Word of advice
This article is meant not to be taken entirely seriously. Though some of the tips may actually prove useful, take caution.
Post actively.
(Preferably content-filled posting, though that's optional.) Once a day minimum is ideal.
Bus conservatively.
Bussing's overrated.
Bonus:
Treat your scumbuddies like any other player, not as your scumbuddies. Don't ignore them, don't attack them, and don't defend them just because they're your scumbuddies; if you do any of those, have reasons.
Under Attack?=
Use AtE and self-meta.
Laugh.
If someone calls you out on the AtE/self-meta, that is. (A "lol" should suffice.) You are now unlynchable.
If all else fails...
If all this doesn't work and you're still under pressure, prematurely claim VT. (At best it 'clears' you of being mafia, at worst it launches the town into a pointless MD theory debate about VT claims during which your scumbuddies can blend in and bus you.)
Unless actually close to being lynched.
In which case you claim to be a PR.
You will never lose as scum again.
