A hydra is an account that is controlled by multiple players. "Hydra" can also be a verb, equivalent to "doubleheading" or "multiheading".
There is currently controversy in regards to whether these should be normal, due to how differently hydrae play from single-person slots. Most hydrae are now disclosed as such (especially as some players/mods do not wish to play with them), but not necessarily who the component players are.
