The West Coast Scumbags were unceremoniously begun for no particular reason, by nobody in particular. There is some speculation about who may have started them, but this is mostly unfounded conjecture and cannot be counted as fact. Legend has it that they have always existed, but recent research shows that this is most likely complete poppycock.
Feel free to add yourself to the list if you live in one of the West Coast states (California, Oregon, Washington). You can put as much or as little information about yourself as you like. This is a resource for connecting with others, inviting friends to real-life mafia meet-ups or other get-togethers, and in general just another tool to stalk people.
