The Friendly Neighbor is a role which mod-confirms their innocence to their target, similar to a target-reversed Sane Cop or an unconfirmed Mason.
They are often one shot and can not talk to their target. The mod just sends the target only one message "X bids you a friendly greeting, he is town" when the action is successful. The recipient of the message can be any alignment and the mod will not tell the friendly neighbor what this alignment is.
