Quack Mafia is a twelve player Open Setup centered around the Doctor role. The setup consists of:
- Three Mafia Goons
- Six Doctors
- Three Quack Doctors
The quack doctors are not told that they are quack doctors. When a quack doctor targets a doctor, the doctor will die instead of being protected (the quack's kill can still be protected by another doctor).
This game has a Night Start.
