Judging by completed games, I seem to be pretty good at looking town (mostly as town), and picking a vanilla townie role pm. Scumhunting is improving, but taking time.
Record (W/L):
Town: 5/5
Scum: 2/0
Games so far (mostly for my own benefit):
Vanilla townie.
Scum win.
Finding my feet in mafia. Rampant OMGUS from two townies + good play from two experienced scum = easy scum victory.
Vanilla townie.
Scum win.
Got myself lynched here- said a couple of stupid things and read too much into meta.
Vanilla townie (replacement).
Scum win.
I was lynched the day I replaced in, largely based off the play of my predecessor. Found it very hard to defend another's actions.
Vanilla townie.
Scum win.
Lost in a tricky endgame decision- a good game. My gut feeling was right, but I couldn't work out why.
Goon (replacement).
Scum win.
Pretty happy with this one. Replaced day 2, bussed partner, killed outed cop and was not suspected.
Goon (replacement).
Town win.
Too late to do anything.
Vanilla townie
Town win
Fun. Played a decent game.
StrangerCoug's Worst Nightmare: Déjà Bastard
(Paranoid) cop
Town win. Our vigilante shot 3/3 scum, so the rest of us didn't have much to do. Fun game.
Double voter.
Scum win. The town only got one lynch, and played that very unimpressively. Don't feel there was much to be done here.
Vanilla.
Town win. Replaced in day 1. A very enjoyable game. Eventually made the right call in 3-man lylo. Pretty happy with my play in this one.
Vanilla.
Town win. I loved the mechanic for picking roles in this game. I was pretty much a passenger as we lynched 5/5 in an extraordinary town performance.

(Perfect) scum win. The interesting new mechanic in this game was hurt badly by lurking and site problems; it was still fun though. I had an excellent scumteam, and the town were kind enough to believe my claim of JOAT.
My town lynch success statistic: if t town players are alive, and n non-town players, the town scores (t/n+t) for a lynch of non-town, and -(n/n+t) for a lynch of town. So if lynches were truly random, the town's expected score is 0, and each day is worth 1. If the town lynches scum p more of the time than would be expected by random lynching, the average score will end up at p.
Scores (all for town):
-Overall: an average of 0.089 in 42 days (16.1% improvement on random)
-When I'm town and alive: 0.129 in 27 days
-When I'm scum and alive: -0.222 in 9 days
-Day 1 of a day start (ie. no information lynches): 0.131 in 12 days
