Internet Stranger is the Paragon of Mafia Hunters, having single-handedly caught countless mafia (one by suicide) and saved a great number of towns.
Unfortunately, his arcane abilities in this regard are generally incomprehensible to mere mortals, so he comes across as arrogant and trying to rush through the day, which can lead people unused to his style of play to find him scummy. This isn't true... except when it is.
