A Jammer is a role that can produce fake actions that can be seen by action investigators. They will need to submit a fake actor, a fake target, and a fake ability. For example, a Jammer can make a fake action that Player A has used a factional nightkill on Player B.
A Jammer is the Framer equivalent for action investigators.
A Jammer without the Ninja modifier is only seen targeting Player A.
Variations
The inverse of this role, a role that can hide action reports, is called a Fogger.
