A Restless Spirit is a player who is allowed to Vote after death. The player may not use other words, loses all other abilities, and can't be targeted with abilities.
Generally, the cause of the player's death does not matter in determining the player's ability to vote.
Standard version
A Restless Spirit is a player who may post naked votes even after death. They may not post content other than votes.
Variations
This ability may be limited to a certain number of days or may continue until the game is over.
A Restless Spirit may be limited to when they are allowed to post naked votes e.g. only one vote every 24 hours or only one vote every Day phase.
